Dogmatists. Obviously they don't care about their patients. I was automatically deregistered by them and sent away in pain because I hadn't done any hygenist appointments with them in the last 18 months - even though I had agreed with the dentist on my last visit to come back once my impacted wisdom tooth started breaking through.

Extremely rude receptionist going by Shauna Main (or there about). Arrogant and unprofessional, using disgusting language over the phone. I do not recommend the clinic due to the receptionists attitude ruining their reputation.

Very helpful friendly and kind staff. Mags and water all tidy as well as the restrooms shared by the building. It's been a while since my last visit I'm hoping to go back soon

I’ve been going to this dentist for years and both the dentist side and the hygienist who are both wonderful! Highly recommended. The prices are reasonable as well!

Ive been with this practice for over ten years, visiting regularly each year since then. I missed my last appointment because I was heavily pregnant and was struggling to walk (this is in central London so driving isn’t possible). I paid for this cancellation and haven’t been since the pandemic because prior to that I was looking after my new born. I have called twice to try and get an appointment, once just after lockdown when I wss told they would call back and once just now. I have just been told by their receptionist (who was rude and dismissive m) that they would have to check whether they wanted me as a patient because I haven’t been for a year and i cancelled. Frankly this treatment of a loyal customer is appalling, especially when I paid for a cancellation and the reason for this was that I was 38 weeks pregnant. I have now told this practice that I don’t wish to be a customer any longer. The dental care itself is good but I don’t want to be a part of a practice that treats customers in such a way. I’m surprised, upset and disgusted. I have found a new and well rated practice near home. Additionally there is no disabled or pram access here which is a requested and frankly unacceptable in this day and ahe

Nigel made what I thought would be a traumatic experience a breeze. All the staff are friendly and I’m glad I found this practice.

Shout out to Paul and the reception team! I have been at this clinic since I was a child and practically grew up with them through various check ups and treatments so cannot recommend enough.

I've been a patient at this practice for nearly 25 years with twice yearly check up and hygiene and, unfortunately, a few courses of treatment along the way. I have an enormous amount of trust in Paul and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Surprised to see a few remarks about the reception service, they've always been a delight over the phone and face to face.
