I was visiting bright smile for some time only because I was happy with Sonia, my dentist. Today I had an appointment booked hoping to see her but I was surprised to see completely new dentist. When I asked them Why I have not been told Sonia will not see me today they just said sorry. I would expect to be told this when booking appointment not when I am already there. Having bad experience in the past I prefer Someone I know. Just waisted my money as ai would have never book an appointment knowing I am seeing someone else. Very disappointed

Team here are really lovely kind and helpful, feel that great attention and care is put into my care. Reception team are super friendly, helpful and reassuring.

We have been coming to see Dr Mana Nademi for years now and she is brilliant. She is always so friendly, helpful and is really kind to our young son. She has known our family for a long time and we get really good care and treatment when we go to see her. We have since moved quite far from Kingston but still continue to go to see her and I would definitely travel much further if she moved on from the practice.

I’ve been a patient here for 5 years. I have a ton of dental issues, so I’m usually very anxious.

My general impression of the practice is that the dentists are great. Everyone from the hygienists to the specialists is excellent. I currently see Georgina or Dr Chawla, and I’ve also seen Tara for a specialist root canal. I recommend these dentists all highly. They’re informative, patient, and understanding. Georgina makes me feel very comfortable in our appointments.

I take some issue with the reception staff and management, though I do think these have improved recently following the pandemic. Significantly, in fact.

Earlier this year, one of the receptionists neglected to inform my dentist of a decision I’d made about my treatment, which led to a two month delay, with my condition worsening and becoming more expensive to treat. When I complained, the practice manager personally called me after hours and sat on the phone for about an hour to fix this, and she did what she could to fit me in urgently and ensure I got a payment plan set up in time. I was seen by the specialist and treated within a week. So, when they make mistakes here, they’re willing to rectify them.

Overall, I’m glad that I have Brightsmile, even though I’ve had a few bad experiences there. I love the dentists, and that’s what really matters to me.

I have just taken my two children, aged 15 and 10. What a lovely dentist and dental nurse! Made my children feel really comfortable. Our last dental practice was nothing like this! So.pleased we have signed up!

I’ve been a patient @ this practice for many years, and have been so fortunate to have the best dentist ever!
She truly is a credit to this practice.

I have a generalised anxiety disorder and also become dizzy when I am tipped backwards in the dentist's chair because of a problem with my right ear. I finished my treatment today to have a borken tooth repaired with a crown. My dentist kept me calm and reassured at all times fully explaining my treatment and what she was going to do on a step by step basis. The dentist I saw if one of the best I have EVER seen and I recommend her and Brightsmile to patients looking for emergency treatment!

I was recommended Dr Suliman and I am extremely happy with the quality of service he offered. He is very polite, professional and friendly. I required a few visits and he managed to save a tooth where I thought all hope was gone. He explained my treatment plan clearly and did not rush my treatment like other dentists. I would highly recommend.

3 months on and my teeth look great and I have had no further problems. I will be back soon for some whitening.
