I have always been a very nervous dental patient. I was recommended to go and see Mike Deasy and I couldn't have been more happy. He was so kind and patient with me and explained everything that he was going to do. He repaired a front tooth that was cracked and the repair is totally invisible. That gave me the confidence to go ahead with the fitting of two crowns - they are amazing and the whole experience was pain free. I would thoroughly recommended Mike to anyone but especially to those who are reluctant and are scared of dentists. Thank you Mike and Nicki - will be seeing you soon for my check up! 😄

I’ve received excellent customer service and caring treatment from this practice today. A big thank you goes to the receptionist for understanding immediately during our call that I needed help even though I was not one of their patients and to DR. Deasy who was simply wonderful and made me feel straight away at ease, that I was going to be looked after and treated my gum infection with the upmost professional approach. After 5 days of pain I now already feel better therefore I can’t thank them enough for helping me in the moment of need and would definitely recommend.

My partner went for an emergency appointment as he was experiencing quite a lot of pain, the dentist said he needed an emergency filling, after 3 days of constant pain he went back to see the same dentist who then explained that his pain is from a man infected wisdom tooth right next to the tooth that was given a temporary filling so she must of seen it yet chose to not make him aware of it. Her explanation was that she didn’t want to alarm him? It’s like going to A&E with a cut lip and a fractured skull but only picking up on the lip? The dentist complained that my partners mouth was filling with quite a lot of saliva whilst examining him but he was left for an unnecessary amount of time whilst the assistant wasn’t sure of what she was doing, it came across quite unprofessional especially as her only concerning was what he was going to pay which is fine but maybe sort the pain out? they close in the middle of the day with no sign on the door which isn’t very helpful

I had a great experience of dental treatment here. I hadn’t been to a dentist for a number of years and needed a series of fillings. I was quickly put at ease and found all staff incredibly friendly. I will certainly be a returning patient.

I have just had some old fillings removed and replaced with white ones. Dr Zerai removed the old amalgam fillings with care; checking on my well-being constantly. Her manner is really reassuring and professional and my new fillings not only look great but they feel really good too. I would highly recommend this practice.
