Confidental Dental Clinic in Wimbledon

The front of desk reception leaves a lot to be desired. Incorrect information, lack of process, very hostile. If you are a busy professional and do not have time to try to rebook several times, I would avoid. The team lack skills in basic customer service and struggle to understand very easy requests. It didn’t give me confidence in the dentistry so I will definitely be avoiding and would not recommend. It leaves me wondering if I’ve been discriminated against as the receptionist was so unhelpful.

Excellent service and work from Roozbeh, who extracted a tooth and fixed an implant. Completely pain free. Very efficient and friendly. Great work!
