I had the best experience at this dental practice. I am incredibly nervous when it comes to having dental work done, but the experience was literally the best I have ever had from start to finish. Super friendly and professional staff all the way through. I felt completely safe and the work carried out was meticulous, gentle and faultless. Can only recommend.

Really good practice. Receptionist was friendly and very accommodating; managed to find me an appointment at short notice so that I could have my teeth looked at before going on holiday as I was worried about them. The dentist was fantastic, very professional and very careful throughout, and explained issues clearly and what I need to do to look after my teeth better. I normally find tooth cleaning a bit painful but she took her time and that meant it felt fine. Will definitely be staying with this practice.

The guy who makes dentures here is an artist, I have read some other reviews regarding rudeness, this most definately was not my experience.

Total scam. Lied about referring me to a root canal specialist after repeated chasing on my end for the referral. Put my health at risk unnecessarily all because the dentist couldn’t carry out the root canal surgery

Receptionist was so rude and blamed me, bizarre situation. I fear for peoples health if these folk are treating them.

Best dentistry in the area, friendly staff, makes you feel at ease, won't be going elsewhere for my teeth

I called them to receive a quote for ongoing dental treatment; the receptionist came back to me, refusing to provide a quote and inviting me to see the dentist; I accepted and booked an appointment. Really, her approach on the phone wasn't the best; she was rude and not welcoming.

Once I arrived at the premises, I was shocked to see that none of the staff was wearing a face mask and no protection equipment were used in place, including the patients. No signs outside that invites people to wear a face mask.

Only one person was wearing the correct PPE, the assistant. She was also kind and compassionate.

They took three x-rays, I've asked the receptionist to send this via email, but apparently, this is the only dentist in town that cannot send x-rays by email.

Overall, I will not seek to get service from them anymore.

Very rude receptionist and terrible management.

My wife had fillings booked in, and physically visited twice in the past to book and confirm the appointment. Phoned to confirm the booking, and was told nothing had been booked in for her. Receptionist was extremely rude and tried to blame her for it!
