Waterfall Dental Surgery & Implant Centre

This practice is such a joke. My wife was pregnant so she was covered under NHS. Dr. Hidar gave an appointment after delivery and said he'll do cleaning, X-rays and one tooth is severely discolored so that will be replaced by a veneer. All covered by NHS. My wife didn't even know what a veneer was till that appointment.
When we finally came in for that appointment, it seemed like he all of a sudden just had dementia and forgot everything. He said he is leaving the practice in 2 weeks and Doesn't remember what he said last time. Basically seemed really excited about his new job. Didn't do cleaning. Didn't take X-Rays and didn't do the venneer. I had taken off from work, my wife had taken off from work and we had come from Sutton. He said next week my colleague will see you. In 2 minutes we were done.
So we came today and Dr. Alia said the veneer will NOT be covered under NHS as its not 'that bad' and my wife needs a filling but they can't do it today as another patient is waiting so she booked us for another appointment in JUNE!!! Which means I've to take off again and so does my wife.
She said she is not responsible for whatever Dr. Hider might have said and can't answer for him as they are different dentists. (although same practice) Like Dr. Hidar didn't even tell us we need filling in the last appointment so we could have saved some time in this appointment and not need another.
Dr. Alia was not very polite, kept cutting me off and interrupting me. If you read reviews, a few say the same about her.
Wherever Dr. Hidar is going, that practice is doomed. I hope they reconsider hiring him.

I can honestly say this is the best dentist I have ever been to. You are greeted by a lovely receptionist, very professional, caring and attentive. The dentist is superb. I was generally a nervous patient but my experience on my last visit was quite relaxing. Nice surroundings, very well organised, professional and efficient. Relaxing ambience in dental room. Definitely a five star experience!

I would highly recommend this dental practice. They are very helpful and professional. I always see Dr Alia Johar who is always friendly, helpful and very good at her job. Best dental practice I’ve been to which I will stay at forever now.

From when I entered the dentist the receptionist Elle was very friendly and welcoming, she even helped me out with a form. The dentist was super polite and nice, she explained the process very well to my understand and gave me a good advise on how to look after my teeth and stop the pain as I’m pregnant and couldn’t do a lot to my teeth. Will recommend.

I was an anxious patient with the fear of dental chairs, but the ambience of this place put me to ease at once. This practice is beautiful, very clean, all the people working there are extremely nice and helpful, especially Dr. Alia Johar. She understood my anxiety and was very kind and emphatic. Dr. Alia Johar is an exceptional and very knowledgeable dentist. She is caring and put my mind at ease whenever I come to see her. I have used this dentist for approx 9 years, under the care of Dr. Alia Johar. She is caring, puts u at ease, l have nothing but good to say about the care l have been given. The dental nurse Antonela is also a very nice person, she looks after u while Dr Alia Johar does her job. They make a good team.
