They are unprofessional. I went there because my dentist was on holiday.
The retired dentist went strait in to the teeth wich I wanted to be filled. with out x ray. with out checking how many teeth of each I had. and as the dentist was drilling in to my teeth, there was alot of water comming from the drilling machine, filling my mouth. I had to stop them couple of times becouse I was not able to breath (the nurse was holding a pipe which was not removing any water from my mouth)and yet the nurse did not care about it.
The dentist unneccesarily drilled deep in to my teeth. My teeth was 85 percent intact and was healthy when I went there. Now I am having constant pain one week on and I have no option but to remove it
I wish I never went to them
My wife had an appointment at the clinic and I was supposed to meet her there. As I delayed few minutes and my wife wasn’t picking up her phone I went in and introduced myself saying who I was and explained about the appointment asking gently if they could check if she had left or was still with the dentist. I even showed them the message my wife had sent me with their address and stuff.
The two receptionists couldn’t be more rude than they were. They nearly kicked me out of there saying they couldn’t disclose anything and I had to go because they had other patients to see. Despite my attempts trying to explain that they could just go in the dentist room and talk to my wife if she was still there letting her know I had arrived they still kept on going saying I couldn’t even wait for her if I was not a patient. After I wrote my name and my wife’s on a piece of paper one of the receptionists went inside the consulting room and came back saying she was still there.
When I saw one of the dentists I tried to get his attention saying “excuse me sir, can I ask you a question?”, he literally looked at me and pretended he didn’t hear me. Another dental assistant came to the seating area and I enquired if there was any manager that I could speak about the kind of service I had received when she said: “you can speak to the receptionist about it”, I told her that it was part of the problem then she looked and said “sorry there’s no service here, the signal is bad” lol. It sounds like a joke but it really happened. To cut the long story short they didn’t call any manager or gave me any chance to express my concern.
My advice is for them to train their staff or sack them.
I wonder why some many bad reviews about this clinic. I hope the owner reads these reviews and improve the service.
Very disappointed at them.
I haven’t seen a dentist since before lockdown. My dentist, Pooja, really made me feel at ease before, during and after my treatment.
Update:
I speak to Kim who has quite a rude manner when dealing with patient, this would have been my second time at this practice. I have no idea who the clinicians are here and the least you can do when cancelling 35 mins before my appointment is offer an explanation so I as a patient do not feel slighted! I can see the reasons for the poor reviews, things happen but there is a way to deal with things. Terrible!
