The dentists are very professional and caring. I visited hygienist and a dentist lady last time after two years. My experience was wonderful with them. They attended kindly to all my concerns and gave me valuable suggestions. Also my child dentist is a very lovely lady. And the reception staff is very helpful and flexible when it comes to cancelling or booking appointments. I am grateful for their services 🙏🏽🙏🏽

The staff take good care of their clients. They remind you of your appointments. The dentists take adequate time to look after my teeth and gum and helped me when I was in pain. They are professional, gentle, honest, caring and patient and ensure that their clients have healthy teeth and gum.

I went in as an emergency patient (referred by 111) for severe, distressing pain in my top right wisdom tooth and wanted it removed. 2 months earlier, I had went into another dental surgery (referred by 111 as an emergency patient too) and they took out my top left wisdom tooth with no hesitation or problem. When I came to whitestar however, the dentist was finding it very difficult to place the X Ray device in my mouth and fiddled with it a few times before coming to the conclusion that she couldn't X Ray my wisdom tooth as it was too far back and the only other option would be a full body X Ray which they can't do because I'm 34 weeks pregnant. Therefore, they could not prescribe a removal. Instead they prescribed me a 5 day course of antibiotics. I left very disappointed, knowing the pain I would have to continue to endure and the next night (yesterday), I had one of the worst nights in pain, completely sleepless and cried all the way through. Today, I was referred to Royal London and they easily Xrayed the same top right wisdom tooth, using the same mouth device and took out my tooth shortly after. A student even completed the procedure. Although the white star staff weren't rude, I feel the dentist, Tanhida Jalil, didn't try hard enough and was quite dismissive. I am unsure whether it it was laziness or incompetence but there's no way after 2 minutes, you just decide I need a FULL BODY (not even full mouth) Xray to see my wisdom tooth and give up. The appointment was a waste of time.

This was my first time using Whitestar Dental Care. Dr Sachin Patel took plenty of time to clean my teeth thoroughly, the prodecure did not feel rushed at all. He stopped several times during the procedure to make sure I was not in any pain or discomfort. His assistant was also very professional and took great care during the procedure.

I've been a patient of this dental practice for over 20 years and the doctors and staff are professionals and know exactly what they're doing.
Doctor examines and gives an honest opinion of the condition of the teeth and recommends if any treatment is required. Although the appointments are some 2 to 3 months in the future but it's well worth waiting for your 6 monthly general check up.
I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I had an appointment on 7 November 12:10 with Tanhida. She was very professional and polite. Explaining to me what needed to be done as well as showing me my X- Ray.

Have been a orient for many years. My dentist Roop is the best dentist I have ever had and cares a lot about all of her patients. In general most staff are nice, informative and do a good job would recommend but just a few down points and reasons why I couldn’t give this a 5 star rating -
- really hard to get an appointment, only available after 6 months according to the new receptionist I spoke to
- most of the receptionist are ok other than the new one they have who felt she needed to cover her ears like a child when she could hear children crying
- in general over the years it has been clean, again the new receptionist staff they have hired appeared to be too busy with her hands around/in her nose before printing out patient appointment cards

I have been coming to this dentist for over 6 years.Their service is excellent and they give appointments on time. My dentist (Roopdeep Takkar) is kind, responsible and she is a very good dentist. She does good treatments . I am thankful to white dental care and my dentist.
