Great and helpful surgeons, but not the best experience with their prego receptionist

I would recommend this dentist practice. They was able to book me an appointment very short notice when I wasnt registered at the practice when I had chronic toothache. They were also very kind and helpful in comforting my baby who was distressed whilst I had treatment due to not being able to get child care last minute. I have had many issues with my teeth and the staff have been lovely. The work done has been brilliant.

Not helpful to my son at all who was in total agony , told he could sit and wait for two hours and then still might not be seen .

Not very long time waiting for appointment. Stuff always friendly and helpful. All the job done for us was great, they were also always very helpful when my wife was pregnant- She got appointments right away when she had problems.

Very professional. The work I had done was excellent.

They told me my last filling would be toffee flavored. Liars. Oh well jokes on you guys I picked it out when I left and spat it down the drain :)

Very rude, miserable, uncaring and lazy receptionist had her head down on the desk, red-faced and half 😴 and acted like I shouldn't have dared to disturb her by asking a question, before I had even finished asking she was just shaking her head giving me a "couldn't give a toss and not interested impression" I've heard quite a few complaints about this place before can see why now, maybe you should find some decent receptionists?
