I joined this practice about a month ago as a new patient as I had a bad experience with my last dentist. At brightsmile the staff are really friendly and accommodating with my appointments which I had to rearrange a few times due to my work commitments. The dentist clearly explained all options open to me and took great care to make sure that I was happy and I never felt rushed in making my decision. I could see that the dentist was very experienced and competent and I am very pleased with my new smile after having some white fillings on my front teeth which had chipped as well as tooth whitening. I am really glad to have moved to this practice as they are easily the best dentist I have ever been to!

I’ve been going to Brightsmile since it opened 25 years ago and have always found them friendly and professional. I’m recognised immediately on phoning by Alina the receptionist. I’ve recently had to have a lot of treatment that has been carried out by Arjun who is an amazing dentist. He is gentle and explains any treatment that is needed and is happy to answer any questions and not to rush you. I used to fear the dentist but their approach has removed these fears. I highly recommend them.

My 8-year-old daughter had to have a tooth removed. I was incredibly scared for her, but had complete faith in Anna.
Anna exceeded my expectations. She made the process smooth and as pain free as possible. My daughter left feeling positive and ready to go to Brownies!
Anna is a very talented dentist and has amazing interpersonal skills. Cannot recommended highly enough.

I had fillings in 2 of my teeth here a couple of years ago, saw another dentist this year and had to redo one of them( crown) and I will need to extract the other one. Terrible dentists and rude receptionist

Polite and professional seevices. Dr. Ana Dunlop has such light touch that you feel no pain during her procedures. She is friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her services. Very happy indeed!

I Have been coming to bright smile for years and have been happy with the service, however recently, this is not the case. They cancelled my appointment several times and when I eventually got one, it was with another male dentist that I'd not seen before. The appointment seemed rushed and when it was over I asked whether he was going to clean my teeth as this is usually included in a check up and something that I've always had done with Anita, he said my teeth didn't need it. It's been two years since my last appointment, they definitely needed a clean! I accepted this at the time and left but called up a few days later to explain to the receptionist that I wasn't happy and I'd like to come back in, she was quite abrupt, didn't allow me to explain properly and kept speaking over me. She told me that they wasn't doing teeth cleaning anymore since the pandemic!? We ended the call with her fobbing me off saying she would have to ask the dentist and call me back, I never got a call back and that was 3 weeks ago. I won't be returning, which is a shame after all these years. Terrible service.
