Midway through treatment of getting veneers. I am absolutely delighted so far with professionalism of dentist and staff. Every stage of process explained in non jargon manner. Looking forward to getting my permanent veneers shortly. From my perspective highly recommended dental practice.

Worst customer service experience. Unprofessional person on front desk. Had a appointment booked in . Received a call to say my appointment is cancelled due to dental surgeon has covid. Just about to put the phone down till I mentioned to her for rebooking . Unable to fit me in for another 3 weeks now. Lady was very rude and then mentioned you have only been to visit us twice.

I have been with this dentist a few years now & wouldn’t be changing practises any time soon. From the time I enter, the receptionists are always friendly & welcoming which shows good customer service 😊 The dental nurses are always polite & helpful. My dentist is amazing!!! Always friendly & upbeat, gives good advice & doesn't torture my teeth 👍 would definitely recommend Hayes Dental Practise.

They mistreat people so much. They removed my mum from the dental surgery after just 1 missed appointment due to urgent family reasons. She called so many times and they just wouldn’t give her an answer. They kept saying to write to them but didn’t even share their email address, which isn’t even available on their website. They eventually just stopped picking up the phone altogether. I will complain against this horrible practice to the ombudsman and the GDC so they finally learn to treat people with respect.

I have the good fortune of having Dr Yatin Nanavati as my dentist. He has taken care of my entire family. We trust his work and his advice completely, and all of his work has been outstanding.

This place is a load of b*!!. I just phoned up to get a check up and they said you have a outstanding balance. I said that does not even make sense. They are obviously lying because they said I came in 2020 which is a lie. The last ti.e I visited was In 2017. I said how can I get treatment and not pay. Never going back to these theif's. Plus reception women was rude and abruptness

Today I visited Hayes Dental for a check-up. What a wonderful experience. Dr Jasmine Sam was my practitioner. She started by asking me if I had any particular concerns which she then addressed as part of her examination. My teeth have become very sensitive and she explained the reason and then put some cement where my gums had receded and prescribed a toothpaste with a higher concentration of fluoride. She also took some x-rays to check for cavities. The total cost was a reasonable £65 for a very professional service. Have taken time to write this because I wanted to thank Dr Sam for making me feel so comfortable and most importantly allow me to trust that she only did work that was necessary. Thank you very much!

I cannot rate this practice and dentist highly enough, the professionalism and kindness from all of the staff is brilliant. Dr. Yatin Nanavati does the best treatment with professionalism and care.

All of the staff here are great, reception staff and nurses are all very friendly.
