Ghauri Dental Centre

They used to be good but last years were getting worse and worse until became terrible. They left my tooth half cured and were repeatedly phoning me for months about new delays, without even saying "Sorry", so that I had to find another dentist urgently.

I have never left a review but felt compelled after such great experiences here. Dr Leda is the best dentist I’ve ever seen in my dental experiences worldwide living in various places. She is highly skilled, pragmatic and honest. When I enter the room, she has reviewed my history and with a personal touch goes into great length to not just explain but meticulously SHOW you all the areas of improvement. She’s the only dentist that I know that after a hygienic clean, uses her hands and hand instruments to go over the teeth again. She doesn’t rely solely on technological gadgets. Its rare to have a dentist who is so dedicated and passionate! I would highly recommend her and this practice.

I am delighted to have discovered Dr Leda at Ghauri Dental Centre, and I recommend her in the highest possible terms. She is a great dentist, caring and approachable, and I really like the fact that she takes the time to clearly explain the different treatment options, so that I understand why a certain treatment is necessary and what are the advantages and disadvantages of different options when there is a choice.

She is absolutely fantastic with children, and knows how to make them comfortable. In fact, immediately after her recent appointment, my daughter was already asking when we can go again to the dentist!

This is a very small surgery. I wasted a lot of time waiting for appointments. Any slight changes to my appointment meant I had to wait for minimum 5 weeks for the next one. When I asked to change my dentist as she only works part time, they refused. Finally, I asked to change their branch from NothingHill gate to the one in W12. The answer of their rude admin officer was no - as he was not happy with my decision. What a stupid surgery, not only poor in providing services but also dictate their ways across their branches. In fact I wasted many weeks to get a denture that was not fit and now have to start new with another surgery.

Dr Leda introduced me to the Invisalign treatment and explained very clearly the obvious long-term benefits. I found her to be thoughtful, kind and extremely professional both in her general no-nonsense approach to the process and in the excellent quality of her work. I can't recommend her enough. My last visit to Dr. Khan was on 12 July 2022 and 22 June 2022. I received an email this morning from the surgery to book and attend my follow-up. When I called I was told I was deregistered from NHS lists.I was deregistered because I missed three apointments in 2013.

am so disappointed with the Notting Hill surgery. I feel so let down my family have been under this surgery for about 20 years, my first Dentist was papa the old man he was lovely always looked after his patients. His son took over and was very kind like his dad all his family were dentist.they always looked after us especially myself as I am scared of injection and the dentist but I always felt safe at this one.
But not anymore

I rang to try and get appointment but all you get is told ring 111 but then to be told if I want to go private they would see me. So loyalty dose not count at this dentist. I was told no appointment for 3 weeks but then told I could go privet and seen sooner.
The first time we called the man that is usall standing around the front door answered he was so rude on the phone, and not one bit helpful.

I now have had to go and register and a different dentist after all these years papa would be so upset he started this surgery all them years ago.

A few days ago, I went to Ghauri dental center at Notting hill full of fear & anxiety & ‘pain’. This turned out to be the best dental experience. I was taken care of by Dr. Leda . She did root canal back teeth. She was amazing, caring and professional and make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met. Dr. Leda has a wonderful sense of humor and makes your dental experience very pleasant.
