Always first class service! Dr Pavlova is the most amazing dentist. She is kind, caring, understanding and also a perfectionist. She has done an amazing job on lots of aspects of dentistry and facials and is also fantastic with my son. I cannot recommend her enough. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful too. A fantastic dentist for everyone!

My dentist (Dr Pavlova) is very patient and kind with me being a very nervous patient. Her and her assistant Evie always help me feel relaxed.

After being messed around by my previous dental practice and also being a nervous patient all the staff but most importantly Dr Shannon have made me feel welcome and at ease. We moved here last year and we worried about changing dentists as ours was very good, but we needn’t have worried as Bromsgrove Dental Clinic is excellent and we are very happy to have chosen them

I am so grateful to the team at Bromsgrove Dental Clinic. They dealt with my dental emergency immediately and fit me in at short notice. I felt pain free and comfortable almost instantly after treatment and the kindness and understanding they showed me was really appreciated.

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to book appointment with this dental clinic but unfortunately, my experience here wasn't great and I wouldn't come here again. I'm quite nervous around dentists, which I've told them about, yet still felt very nervous and unwelcome during my appointment. They have also advised me that I'll need a root canal treatment but I decided to consult another private dentist before I went ahead with the procedure and he told me that my root canals are absolutely fine...

From the moment i walked in i felt completely at ease. The lady at reception was polite, friendly and professional. The waiting area was immaculate with up to date reading material and a simple to inderstand rstand leaflet on the practice and pricing. I had an appointment with Ruska Pavlova and she made me feel at ease straight away, even spending time with me chatting in the waiting room while the consultation room was being cleaned inbetween appointments. Highly recommend for those like me who genuinely have fear of the dentist.

Well so far so good. After a couple of years with a dodgy dentist, I'm so happy I've found this surgery. Not far off nhs prices and so much better. I was so ashamed of my teeth but they were so non judgemental and getting a few weeks of work, it's looking like I'll have great looking teeth. The staff are really friendly too. X
