** AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS**
If you like to be spoken to with respect, this is not the dentist for you! He is a very aggressive and rude person, and should not be working in a role where he providing health care to the public. After reading the other reviews on Google, I can see he treats everyone like this.

The only saving grace was the lovely receptionist who seemed ashamed to be working him- I am sorry you have to be around him every day and I hope you find somewhere else to work in a happier environment where you are appreciated.

I went there with pain in my tooth, we agree to remove it. He took the scan and removed half of me tooth and said sorry I need you to refer to specialist- SERIOUSLY ?!. Left me in incredible pain with half tooth in. He saw the scan if he wasn’t enough experience with extractions he should refer me to specialist straight away.
Unfortunately that was my last visit there!

AVOID! The dentist is extremely rude, disrespectful and arrogant. Very unprofessional and never consults any pre and post procedure consultation.
Very eager to refer private treatments which costs a lot of money, when you decline private treatment the anger in his face is clearly noticeable. Please avoid.

When I made a temporary filling for me, You did not clean my teeth, but filled my teeth without cleaning it, and the dentist in the emergency told me that why you teeth get infection because off you you only need to get private patient only and the god watching what you doing

This was the 5th time that I visit Dr Ali , even I am living in north west London , but I would love to go all this distance to see Dr Ali whenever I have problem with my teeth , seriously was wondering from the reviews that talking that Dr Ali is rude , never seen any kind of rudeness with him , he was welcoming me always and it is just a small thing I can do to reward him by leaving him a review.

This is such a bad dentist all staff are rude apart from the kind lady that does the clean and polish but the actual dentist is incompetent referred me to the wrong place and then when pulled up on it blamed it on me as if it was my fault they are always late always ask for you to change your appointment time really unprofessional

Waste of time!! Opening hours are from 9am but they open actually afternoon. The voice message is very confusing as they say they are open 9am but when you call even at 9:30 it says they are close, very confused. Try some other Dentist please as I am changing it too. Honestly NHS should take action against them and close this place down! Very disappointed

Had my first consultation today and I was a bit nervous because of some negative review I read. I'll admit I have not seen a dentist in the past 10 years and unfortunately neglected my oral hygiene, however the doctor was straight with me and told me that by taking action now I can save my teeth and gums. I went there convinced that NHS free treatment would cover everything but the doctor told me what is actually covered and what not and ask me to chose. Not too much talk but I enjoyed the overall experience and will continue treatment with this dentist.
