Best Health Clinics

I stumbled across this practice after a Groupon purchase. I was pleasantly surprised at how warm and welcoming the staff were. The Dentist was very knowledgeable and was happy to share lots of information with me without lecturing me about my bad habits. The clinic was very clean and comfortable; the prices reasonable; and the staff calming. I'll not hesitate to book future dental work at this practice. I particularly liked the fact that the staff did not pressure me into committing to further procedures, but simply provided me with a rationale for the work and a price list. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service! The dentist was amazing and gave good advice. She explained exactly what was happening and showed me the x-rays of my teeth. They made me feel at ease and made recommendations to me which I am now following up on. I would highly recommend this practise, as I have come away with such a good experience!

I visited for a hygienist appointment with Kerry. The premises is completely COVID secure with questionnaires, temperature check and full clean inbetween customers. All I can say is WOW! My teeth are the cleanest they have been in years, the session was quick yet thorough and I'm so happy with the results. Amazing value for money also (especially compared to some quotes!). I have since recommended Kerry to all my friends and family and I'll do that same to you! 5 stars!

I had a great experience with Best Health Clinics in Hornchurch two weeks ago when I required a 24 hour turnaround on a pre departure Covid test. They provided a very efficient service and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The Best Health Clinics are exactly that! The best! They are really good at what they. They are truly accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure the best service. When it comes to comfort it is clearly paramount with every professional taking time and care to ensure you are relaxed. I had undergone quite a few procedures in one day and they were consistent with service every time! They even called the following day, just to check in! I would highly recommend this practice!

Very dissatisfied with my experience with Best Health Clinics. A year after my last check up with an NHS dentist who informed me I would soon need 1 filling, I had a check-up and was informed by Best Health that I would need 6(!) additional fillings at tremendous cost. Sceptical of this, I checked with a university professor teaching dentistry during a recent stay in Vienna (given the wretched state of finding a public dentist in this country), who rightly informed me that I required a single filling and cautioned against any further work! Best Health claimed that that their work is 'preventative' but sadly my experience is that they are merely in the business of money-making.

Kerry is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is a real asset to the clinic and keeps regular patients coming back time and time again. I cannot recommend highly enough. I have always felt well looked after, professionally taken care of and feeling great after each session. Dental hygiene is very important (apologies for sounding a bit patronising) and regular visits to a hygienist are the first and most important measure one can take in order to avoid teeth problems in the future. Going to see Kerry at Best Health Clinics is a no brainer.

From walking in the door to leaving, I have never been so pleased to go to the dentist!

The ladies at reception are always welcoming and cheerful, they immediately puts you at your ease.

Kerry the hygienist is amazing! In all my years I have never experienced the level of treatment and care she provides.

Ayesha my dentist has been a God send. I can’t believe how lucky I have been to have found her. She is incredibly patient and has a easy manner that make you feel immediately relaxed. She has had to do some very in depth procedures, which I had been quite overwrought about. She seems happy to spend whatever time it takes to relax me and makes sure I feel content to proceed. One my first visit, she picked up an area of deep infection(non painful), with the potential for serious long term damage to my upper jaw bone. I don’t know how my previous dentist overlooked it, but as I said, Ayesha is my God send.

I must also mention Robert Banks, the senior implantologist. He has been closely involved in some of my treatments. He also has that wonderful ability to make you feel calm and relaxed, irrespective of what is to come!

Overall the last three years have been the best ever for my dental care. I am in my early sixties, so I think that speaks volumes.
