Bad service, I called a couple of times asking for an appointment and they always tell me at the moment they do not take any kind of appointments. Rude receptionist

Soonest they could see me was 7 days. On the day i got a phone call stating the doctor had to leave and my appointment has been cancelled. They offered me a appointment a week and a half later.

I decided to come here after not being seen at the dentist for many years, I had a bad experience in the past and it put me off so I had to build up the courage to go.

First check up went well. Cleaning and hygiene appointment went well.

Booked in for treatment, forts appihtment was canceled on the day via text. No follow up call for appointment. Wasn't able to get through to the dentist to re arrnage another appointment. Ended up leaving a message and someone Called back the next day. Second appointment canceled again this time the day before. I then had to ring back again to re book because reception called me while I was working and I wasn't about to deal with it at that moment in time.

Having had two appointments canceled in a row I've decided to take my treatment elsewhere. I don't feel like this dentist cares about customer service or retention.

I'm not an NHS patent I'm private and I'd rather take my money elsewhere.

Very poor service.

I’m normally very nervous when visiting the dentist but Dr Keval Amin reassured me from the beginning. All the staff were welcoming. Would highly recommend a visit here. Best dentist in Tooting/Wandsworth

The new hygienist is great and highly recommended. She was very attentive to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable during the process.

Shockingly Rude and Disrespectful reception. I can't believe how they were speaking to the more elderly and me also. Would not recommend

I was with the practice for two years as an NHS patient and found them excellent. The dentists and assistants were friendly and clear about what they were doing and careful to explain cost implications of options too. I also had a root canal via the practice as a private patient and it was quick and painless. I'm moving, but I'm sorry to leave behind a practice that takes the dread and unpleasantness out of the dentist away and only hope I find one as good in my new town.

Went for a 30min Hygienist appt.
Felt a bit rushed, and was more like 20mins.
Was also charged an extra £15 for a tooth polish as my filling needed it. The polish took 20 seconds so thought it was a bit cheeky. Especially as my previous dentist would polish at no extra cost. Maybe I was used to a better service.
