The Family Dental Practice

Haleh, my Dentist is an awesome Dentist. She explains everything clearly and gives me time to ask questions regarding filling, crown, implant, braces and how to take care of the remaining teeth I have left. I'm here today to have my Wisdom tooth taken out. Feeling so sad! I will need an Implant in that area.

I really wish there was a way I can give minus star as the one star is being really generous. Every thing is terrible about this practice especially the dentist himself(Mr Pashazadeh). Dentist's first priority is to check if you pay for the service or on benefits. I called to book an emergency appointment as I needed to remove stitches for a treatment that was provided for me in a different country and also fix the issue I was having with a different tooth. Even though it stated on the NHS website that removing stitches is free, the dentist kept insisting that I need to pay for it and once I mentioned I do not pay for my treatment he refused to provide further treatment other than to remove the stitches which took seconds. He then told the receptionist to book me in for a different appointment for 3 weeks later even though I mentioned the level of pain I was in. I came for the appointment 3 weeks later and he said he still cannot treat me and that the receptionist should not have booked me for this appointment even though he was the one the instructed the receptionist to provide me the appointment. He’s reason was that it should be later so again he refused to treat me and told the receptionist to reschedule the appointment for an additional 2 weeks later and prescribed painkillers instead. Just days before the new appointment I was given, the receptionist called my phone to tell me that the dentist told her to ring me to move the appointment for another month later.
Please avoid this practice. Terrible/Corrupt doctor and a money hungry dentist

Have been coming h since I was a child but since Dr Jalil left things have been so downhill. I was made to wait 20 minutes for my dental appointment while the dentist was on a personal call. Also this was the second time I had to come back because she didn’t clean my teeth the first time around - she was running late and told me my teeth didn’t need cleaning. Very unprofessional. This time she rushed through it within 2 minutes and caused me pain. I won’t go back here and will change my dentist because of these experiences.

Receptionist is rude and unprofessional, will not request paperwork that is required and suggests that there are no fees which results in penalty fines. Also, the other comment is very important and true- Dr Huseyin Pasazade quickly performed fillings on four of my teeth with no explanation. More important, he told me that I had decay on my other two teeth, but said he was busy for filling that day and told me to come later, luckily I couldn’t go for a long time and the new dentist Dr Ibrahim, when I asked him the condition of my tooth decay, he said there was none and also pointed out that there is no possibility of tooth decay getting better, which makes the previous remarks a lie.

the staff is very arrogant no smiling faces at all they try to talk to the customers in a way that doesn't look at me when talking to people a very superior customer trying to make a fool of themselves even 0 stars if I could but I had to give one star to comment I never recommend I got my death written 7 months later checked out I'm sorry, I didn't see such a staff, but this is my opinion, I wrote what I saw from you, I never recommend it to anyone.

I wouldn't even rate it 1 star but it doesn't give you a choice. Very unhelpful, 3 months waiting time and customer service is unrecognised by the receptionist. I wouldn't even advise my enemy to go to this place.

Best dentist in London! I have been attending this practice for over 20 years and have always had a very good service all round. The staff are amazing ,kind and very professional and the receptionists try very hard to get an appointment booked for you .If you want a 5* service this is the dentist to choose well done to these guys they are brilliant!
