I was a PATIENT with this practice for a few years. The dentist made an appointment with me and then postponed it as he told me that his family was ill and he would not be in the surgery. I had already paid for my treatment in advance. So, I went to the surgery unexpectedly. And guess what, there was Mr Shah working normally. Beware, he is a con artist!

I have been visiting this practice for over 30 years. I have always found everyone very professional. Very knowledgable with treatments and plans. My whole family have been treated over many years. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

I can honestly vouch that under the stewardship of Mr J P Shah and his highly professional and dedicated team, I have always received the best treatment and care. The staff here are most courteous, kind and helpful in all in all their dealings and truly welcoming. They always impress and amaze me. I would highly recommend West Green Dental Practice to anybody looking for a highly professional dental treatment in an immaculately clean and welcoming place .

Very happy with this place. Been going here for years and never had any problems. The dental staff and the lady on reception are all really friendly and take the time to answer your questions.

I am a new patient, and I can not fault anything about my visit today. From the minute I wanted to move over to this dentist they have all been extremely helpful.

My dads been coming here for years and has always been happy with them. He as singed me and my brother up. This is my second visit here, the waiting room way very clean and bright they have a little kid bit(more kids book please)
All the staff are amazing and so welcoming to me. They are helpful and very patient. The lady at the front desk gave me a passport 🥳 and some toothpaste. Just want to say thank you for making the whole experience so fun for me and sorry about my brother messing up the room while the Dentis was trying to work.

Every dentist highly skilled, friendly ,you really feel at ease and cared for by the whole team!This is the NHS at its absolutely best and when you find the best you keep it! I do recommend this practice to everyone !
