Eye Smile Dentists

The visit to the dentist is usually considered a traumatic experience, however, that's not the case at Eye Smile. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist to the specialist, the whole experience is one of nurturing and care. I have been a member of this practice for about 20 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Afraid I do not have a happy review to leave. I've been going to eye smile for a good number of years now. I was persuaded by one of the dentists that I needed to replace a crown, which I succumbed to even though I was not experiencing any issues. All I can say is that it was a horrendous experience, with some of the most excruciating pain I have ever felt. Now I am left with a tooth where the root has been left exposed so I cannot even so much as drink a cup of water without being in pain. I went back to complain and they patched it up saying the patch job would last a week and hopefully the pain would subside, but 3 months on it is still very painful. It was clearly an error by the dentist to drill too much of the tooth off and expose the root. I paid £700 for the work and now probably face a bill in the thousands to fix it. I really should be demanding compensation for malpractice!

After a bad fall in which teeth were broken, had a semi emergency appointment at Eye Smile Dentist, where I was seen by PEDRO ,(Dr Artiche)the Orthodontist. He was brilliant, "patched" me up in no time and I can smile again. Big thanks to him. Also Lara the receptionist, who was so caring and helpful. Both superb.

Four months ago I was COMPLETELY terrified of going to the dentist to the point where I would be physically sick before an appointment. Since becoming a patient of this practice I am happy to report that I have overcome my fears and almost look forward to a visit. All the staff whom I have met are kind, understanding and, above all, professional. Every aspect of my treatment has been carried out expertly. I am not finished yet but I am extremely happy with the journey so far. I would thoroughly recommend.

I have a phobia with dentists but the Receptionist Lara was absolutely amazing , a credit to your practice . She made me feel calm, collective and showed me a lot of care and kindness. The dentist I saw was very caring and gave me a lot of time. I left feeling good not like I usually do. Thank-you

I have been a client at Eyesmile dentists since they newly opened. I wouldn’t go elsewhere. Neeru is so caring and makes you feel at ease. Receptionist Irina is so friendly, polite and caring. Well done to all. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone.
