Absolutely brilliant service from the people I visited today.

They helped me and reassured me throughout the whole process, and the dentist herself was amazing, she could tell I was very nervous and was amazing. Unfortunately I forgot her name, she said it was her first day back for a while today and had a slight Australian accent.

Brilliant and a shining example of how great our NHS can be :)

Let the lord be my witness i will cause chaos in that place if i dont heal, alot of time has passed and im feeling pain and getting worse instead of healing.. They seemed so inexperienced during the procedure. Listen I will destroy you idiots if you have made a mistake. Monday 28-09-15, expect me.

Never had such a great experience to a dentist before. I thought that being an emergency NHS dentist it would be awful, but in fact it was the best service I've ever had. The Receptionsit was lovely at the start, peaceful waiting room, amazing dentist and nurse who relaxed me and made the whole experience better (obviously the dentist is never a great experience but it was the best it could be.) Free parking too! I wish I could register here permanently.

Called mid morning for an appointment and was seen the same day with in a few hours. I am a very nervous dentist goer and the dentist I saw was absolutely fantastic. So reassuring and patient with me! Put my faith back in dentist!

I had to go on 10th March to have 2 teeth out, I couldn't fault the service and the way the staff put me at ease through the procedure. It was painless and over alot quicker than I thought it would be. 1 Day on and my mouth has recovered amazingly, the sockets are healing nicely - thank you very much

It took me hours to get through a receptionist and they tell me to call again the next day at 8am and the lines are always so busy it’s hard to get through anyone around that time. Every single receptionists I’ve spoke to is so rude and it appears to me that they want to end the conversation as soon as they can, you’d have better luck using the 111 service rather than this as they provide absolutely no help and it’s absolutely useless, what makes matters worse is that they are meant to be a “emergency service” 🤦‍♀️
