I went for a root canal procedure today at Natureza Dental Practice today. Excellent reception service upon arrival. Antonio, the dentist made me feel relax and comfortable throughout my procedure and his dental nurse was also friendly. I highly recommend Natureza.

From first meeting in Jan22 to yesterday (21Apr22), the team completed an entire treatment plan (including a bone graft) to rectify a problem. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything at every step.” So I was informed at what was happening and what was happening next. Highly recommended. My dental procedure was fine however after spending nearly £400 at this practice, you would be led to believe that you would experience good post customer care but I experienced quite the opposite.

Dentists talking right in front of as you wait for them to tend to you at the appointed time.

Mistaken for a different client.

Vital information not being procured.

And when you do call/email and eventually complain you are ignored!

Find another dental practice which is run by professionals who respect their client's as human beings and not just ATM machines.

I’ve been a customer for a while. The treatments are of a good standard and the staff are really nice.
However, the administration needs fine tuning. I’ve started saving my receipts because I’ve repeatedly had incorrect information regarding payment on my account: payments I’ve made not recorded or an incorrect amount reflected. It was not always to my detriment, which means these are honest mistakes by staff, but it’s very frustrating constantly having to double check.

I am SO happy with the end results. I was really conscious about the gap between my front teeth, making me feel really self conscious. The dentist Zan worked her magic with composite bonding and I can't express how much this has helped boost my confidence. Will be coming again soon.

I have been going to this dentist for some years now and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional and caring dental practice. If you are nervous of the dentist, or been traumatised in the past then look no further. It is a private practice but the care and attention to detail make it worthwhile.

No, I don't have the wrong practice, I've been to your practice a few months ago and your people made me feel really bad and upset, to not say that I was pregnant at the time, anyway just because my temperature was 37.3 C and they refused to check out my problem. I've been seen after an argument as I refused to leave without being seen. I was in pain and waited one week for the appointment... After a week of the procedure, I had to go to another place to be checked out properly.
Also, I've been charged more than £250 for a little glue that came off after a few days
