We have always had wonderful service with Parita Bagheri and her team. Always efficient with appointments and the doctors are all lovely with the kids. I have two boys that have gone through treatment at SJW Orthodontic and have been very pleased. Thank you for what you do!

A big thank you to the clinic for giving my daughter a beautiful smile! She started her treatment in September 2017 with a significant overbite. The excellent treatment that she received fixed her overbite. It also straightened her teeth. This treatment was not only helpful aesthetically but also enabled my daughter to chew properly, as it was very difficult with the overbite.
Overall we are very happy with her treatment and the care she was offered by her orthodontist.

The worst customer service ever! Receptionists are always rude with attitude and never able to help.
1week the wire was broken from the bracket.
Terrible quality of care, no availability to fix what wasn't done properly and the stress of having to deal with the rude attended that was speaking over me and put the phone down. She called me back afterwards, no apologies offering a 2 weeks appointment to fix the braces so why wouldn't she have in the first place? This particular receptionist think that she's doing us a favour. Don't recommend this clinic at all!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am about to make a complaint to the local health trust about this incompetent practice. They ignore emails and requests and they have refused to share a treatment plan despite being asked several times.
The receptionist are rude and incompetent. I am about to remove my daughter from their care as I feel they are keeping her in braces much longer than necessary for more money.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Stay away from these cowboys

One of the service ever, don't listen to the people that say that the receptionists are rude, they are not rude it's just the people are too soft these days, very lovely receptionists, always happy to see new patients.

Thank you to Dr. V and Dr. I for the best fix of my teeth, highly appreciate the efforts and the quality of their skills give them a raise! They are absolutely a powerful and effective team working duo. Very glad to have them. Thank you💙

Also, the site itself is very clean and up to the high standard in my opinion.

In conclusion, appreciate these people's work and their work ethic and stop being soft and complaining about the service, be respectful people.

I wish I could do more than 5 STAR, as I just called them to give an urgent appointment for my child whose braces broke during lunch time at school, they offered appt in an hour to see him! THANK YOU for the great service:)

Personally I am appalled. The braces where applied wonky also they ended up breaking within the first week. This ended up being blamed on me and the staff would not even listen. They kept cutting me off and disregarding anything I had to say. They were talking about their personal life and rushing to put my braces on. I was offended in many ways and has made me self conscious, I have also lost confidence and in my teeth and it was all thanks to them. None of the staff were kind and that includes the receptionists. If I had the option I would be out of there already but unfortunately, I have no say in wheee I go. The list of my concerns could go on but I would just like this to be a quick warning, if you are looking for nice staff, hard work or good equipment then this is not the place for you. I do not recommend this orthodontist. I would love to warn you of the other mishaps but I have to brush the cheap braces that were not even applied to my teeth properly...

Reception staff not good. However my son's doctor is good.
This is an update today November 27th 2021. I contacted the clinic twice at 10:40 and a very nice receptionist answered the phone immediately! She put me on hold for a few seconds as understandably she was busy with another patient. Then she talked to me so nicely and apologised for the few seconds delay!
I couldn't not point this out!
Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name , but she was so lovely. Keep it up
