Dr Ali is an exceptional dentist. I had formed somewhat of a phobia of the dentist over the years, however, he really made me feel at ease with his kind presence and high level knowledge. He genuinely cared for my needs, prioritising long-term sustainability as opposed to recommending the most expensive option. His dental nurse and the reception team were fantastic too. I will definitely be visiting again in six months time. Thank you so much!!

I received excellent care by both Oscar and Ali. I am somewhat apprehensive about dentists due to bad experiences in the past, but I was quickly put to ease. They are incredibly patient, thorough and careful. I'm super happy with the results from my treatment. Anna, the hygienist is great too. Receptionists and patient liaison is always friendly and communication is good. Exceptional service in general. Two thumbs up and smiles all round!

The service is good and the Doctor was very helpful and friendly. My family and I booked appointments to follow up on our treatments, but we received a call from them asking us to rebook due to health issues with the doctor. They were supposed to call us again to offer new dates for the appointments, but it's been more than 4 months and they never answered us.

Service here is exceptional. Communication is excellent and the friendliest and most responsive I have ever experienced. Treatment is first class. I am always left feeling positive about my interactions with this most professional practice.

I have been to Smile Dental Practice to see Melissa Patel - an exceptional dentist - and Hannah Hyde-Harrison, a most skilled hygienist. Both made me feel very safe and well looked after during my treatment and my teeth have never felt cleaner. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and I will definitely be returning here in the future.

I had dental implants done by Oscar,I have to say from the 1st time I met him a year prior to having my implants I felt at ease with him ,I had a few fillings,composite bonding and a flexible denture done by 1 of Oscars colleague,again totally professional in all aspects.
The dental implants I recently had are great,no problems or complications.
I highly recommend this surgery and the staff are all friendly,and patient.
Oscar is the best dentist I have been to and had total trust in him.

As someone who detests the whole appointment due to childhood trauma I found her about 10 years ago at another practice and followed her, myself and the kids are all under her care and I couldn’t recommend her anymore.
She is a fantastic dentist and I’ll be looking into her aesthetics in the new year as that seems another aspect she exceeds in!

I have been here a couple of times just to have my teeth cleaned, as I see a dentist in central London for annual check-ups. This practice is close to where I live and the dental hygienist services less expensive.

On the plus side, I was seen on time (by a different hygienist than last time). She kept asking me if I was comfortable etc. as the cleaning proceeded, which was considerate but bordered on the excessive as I don't think I showed any signs of distress.

On the minus side, the appointment lasted only 20 minutes rather than the 30 minutes booked. (Also, rates had increased to £65 from £60 at my visit 1 year before.) The hygienist said there wasn't much plaque which was good news and the implicit reason for ending the appointment a little early, but I still felt slightly short-changed as I imagine that there is always a little something that can be done in the way of finishing touches rather than ending the appointment early. It may have been the last appointment of the day which could also account for the hygienist's ending it early.

This, however, is a minor quibble, and I'll give the hygienist the benefit of the doubt. Overall, it was a good experience.
