Baring Road Dental Practice

I love this practice and have seen miss Gupta for 15 yesrs with not a singke complaint issue or worry. She is great with both my children and thanks to her care and attention neither are affraid of going to the dentist even when fillings or removal has been needed.
Thanks for a great service for all these years. I reccomend her to anyone needing a new dentist

One of my front tooth was chipped. I had it repaired 8 years ago through a private practice and it lasted me until few months ago. I went to Baring Road Dental Practice to redo the job and their job only lasted 5 days! Judge for yourself.

I am a new patient Dr Priya Gupta is great and very informative. Her nurse Bianca was very nice and respectful. The receptionist Kellie was really polite and chatty.

Visited this practice and had the worst experience. The place was very un hygienic and looked like it could do with a deep clean.
The worst part was how i was spoken to by a member of staff wich to my disbelief turned out to be the owner, the tone and attitude was appalling.. I've never been spoken to like that by what's supposed a professional person working in the public domain.
If anyone is thinking of joining this practice i strongly advise against it, there's plenty of dentists out there that would appreciate your business.

I love this place. I have been a patient since it opened and have always received a friendly and professional service. I trust the Dr Gupta and feel comfortable in knowing that she will always offer the best service! 10 out of 10!

No stars would be given if I could.

Utterly useless team, not just to me but to others around me too. Reception team mumbles, doesn't know how to answer questions or behave and requires a good amount of training in customer service. Mrs MC Hasoon is sarcastic, unhelpful and made me feel more baffled than relaxed after my teeth (bridge) had fallen out.

If you would like to go to a surgery where you have to provide your own solutions then here is the right place!

Mrs Hasoon on the other hand finally sorted my teeth for me very quickly and professionally I can not thank her enough for everything. she gave me my smile back. THANK YOU
