The practice and Miss Lalousi who was my dentist during the visit were recommended to me by a friend who has been patient of the practice for a long time. I had a very nice experience during my time there. The dentist was amazing and clearly explained the process. I was really happy with the result of the treatment. Totally worth it and totally recommend it. The practice is conveniently located for Dalston junction Overground.

Excellent experience!!! It’s the first that I find such as an amazing dentist. The dentist Dr Lalousi was very patient and extremely skillful . She explained all the procedures and the cost from the beginning. I had very good experience. All the staff was very helpful too. Easy to make appointment too. Totally recommend the practice !!!

Amazing experience, very professionals, clean practice and nice environment. I haven't been to the dentist for a while cause I am bit nervous. the practice was recommended to me by friends, I have to say that the lady dentist made my experience unforgettable and she put me at ease. Totally worth it and recommend the practice to everyone.!!!

I needed a hygienist cleaning and a filing so my wife who was a patient here for long time made an appointment for me at Orchid. I didn't expected to be so satisfied with their services so I was quite impressed. The dentist explained everything to me and how to care for my oral health in the future. I don't think there is anyone who likes to go to the dentist but at least here I know they take proper care for patients.

What brilliant service! It was my first experience here and I saw the lady dentist. I was so anxious but she was so lovely and made me feel at ease and so comfortable. She was so informative, explaining the process very well. The dental practice is very clean and it definitely was better than experiences I had before at other practices. 100% recommend.

Went today for a routine check-up. Was a bit put off by the dated website and exterior but booked as so many places aren't taking on new patients at the minute. Happy I came though – I was so pleasantly surprised. The interior was bright, fresh, and spotless. The staff were so lovely, particularly the dentist. Usually, they'll tell you that you need something done even if you don't, but they were really straight-up and so lovely the entire time. Will definitely be coming here from now on :)

Very good dentist, one of my children who has special needs is extremely sensitive to noise and light, they are always very accommodating of his needs and patient. I have always felt valued as an NHS patient too, previously I was with a dentist that really seemed to resent their NHS patients and there is a huge difference here.

The reason I knocked off one star is I requested and made sure I had written in my notes they hold, that I prefer contact such as appointment reminders in writing, and where possible I prefer to make appointments in person as I have auditory processing disorder and can barely hear and understand them when they call. I have also said that if they absolutely must call, to call at any time other than school run time as this is unsuitable. These requests are frequently ignored and when it is around the time to make an appointment, I am bombarded with calls from them at school run time, and this was the case pre covid as well.

Avoid the hassle. I had an appointment booked for April, it got cancelled due to the dentist being sick. Absolutely fine, I rescheduled my appointment for June. ( As I am a teacher and have to do everything in the holidays). I then got a call from the receptionist saying that I actually couldn't book that far in advance and that I needed to call back at the end of May to book. I explained that this was the only day I could do etc. She said it would be fine they would have a place for me. I call back on the 20th May and am told that there are no available appointments on the day I had wanted to book. I didn't even get an apology or even any effort to try to book me in. I was told that other people had booked in advance!!! Worst customer service. Bright side is I have found another friendly and local dentist to go to instead.
