Appointments are easy, even on Saturday. Ive only ever seen Tan for about 9yrs

The Dentists here are good, used to see Dr Tan. Reception had good and bad days but that was more a reflection on behaviors beget behaviors of those being rude first,not the reception staff. Had to stop going as not accessible which was a pity. Sadly the building does not look to be able to support a lift so not very accessible and stairs quite steep. Not one for the mobility challenged.

Telephone manner of reception staff could do with some adjusting, they don't seem to answer phones I tried calling for 2 weeks sent a message via the Google they respond with just keeping trying we are busy, the line disconnects majority if the time. On a positive note then dentists and dental nurses are fantastic with communication and explanations.

I took My son for tooth removal as he had gum infection. very good Experience. Dr Smita is very professional. My son was very comfortable during procedure. Highly recommended. High standard of cleanliness too.

I had a great experience. The waiting time was not long, Dr Smita did a great job, she was very friendly, and informative and took excellent care.

Communication is very poor. I was seen 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

I did not realise I was expected to pay for my check-up on the way out of my appointment. This was not communicated by the dentist or by the receptionist who looked directly at me on my way out of the door without saying a word.

They then phoned me when I was halfway home to state I hadn't paid. I apologised and said I would come back to pay, only to be told when I returned that I could have paid on the phone. What a waste of my time! Communicate these things clearly so there is no unnecessary confusion.

It is an family friendly dental practice that is quite busy but I preferred to go there because they are nice .
Polite dentist made me less nervous and I felt comfortable here.
Decor considerably improved and that's a bonus.
Prices and treatment can be both private or Nhs
I give it 4 stars because is not perfect but I did recommend to my friends and family.

I have been registered here for 20 odd years. Unfortunately years ago a certain dentist (who is no longer there) botched a root canal, but for the past 10 yrs or so Dr Smita Donde has been amazing. Today she was very patient and understanding with my cracked tooth and the pain I was in. She is a treasure!
