I used to be super nervous and anxious about even stepping foot into a dental surgery, Dr Sashi and the team here have made me feel so welcome and clam during every visit - highly recommend!

Family Dental Care is amazing, actually outstanding I would say! The staff (everyone) was friendly and welcoming. Dr Sashi Balachandran was so reassuring and exceeded my expectations for a dentist appointment, he took the time to understand my worries and fears of a dental appointment/procedure from previous bad experience as a child. He would take the time to explain everything as he could see how fearful I was and even had a sense of humour! It was also my first dental appointment/extraction in the UK
and it had honestly lessened my fears of the dentist!! I would %1000 be going back here for a checkup and future dental care!

Went in due to having really bad pain and needing a check up, got there on time of my appointment and had to wait at least 30-45 mins to be seen. I was told I needed fillings but I have had to wait because I couldn’t afford it, I started getting extreme pain again while waiting so I called up and they said to come in and if they can make time for me then they will see me however the pain eventually subsided and I didn’t want to wait when I may not have definitely been seen so I didn’t go. And I’ve just found out that (on top of months of saving and borrowing money for the fillings) I now have to pay an extra £40 before I can get them done, which I don’t have… i have a monthly income of £260 so it has taken me forever to save the money for the fillings and I can’t even get them done now because I was never warned that I had to pay an extra £40 and I can’t afford to lose £40 out of this months income, am so disappointed 😩
I managed to get into love teeth in chessington and already they have been amazing!! They make you feel so relaxed and I’m actually looking forward to going back!! Definitely recommend LOVE TEETH in chessington 😍

EDIT : I’ve just been looking at the replies from this dental practice and omg they are so rude to everyone!! Accusing all the people that left bad reviews as fake because they clearly can’t accept that they have a terrible service 😂

I have been with this dental practice for years but the last 2-3 years I have had numerous issues. All they care about is money!! I was prescribed antibiotics I was allergic to whilst PREGNANT by THE OWNER as she couldn’t be bothered to check what I was allergic to. She then cut my lip open and my gum whilst giving me treatment. I then booked in for a hygiene appointment which I got no reminder for and missed so I was told by the hygienist she would only charge me 50% but the owner said NO I WILL BE CHARGED 100%. And just to top it off I had an appointment booked in after this as my crown which was fitted is causing me agony just to be told they had not only cancelled my appointment but removed me as a patient altogether?! Absolutely appalling and like I said the only thing they care about is MONEY!! Be very very careful of this place! ** AS YOU CAN SEE FROM RESPONSE BELOW I AM NOW BEING CALLED A LIAR, IF IT WERE LIES I WOULDN’T BE SAT HERE WRITING THIS - EXCUSES, NO RESPONSIBILITY BEING TAKEN WHATSOEVER! UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST!

Both receptionist and dentist were amazing today, I was given an emergency appointment after a cracked tooth, they sorted me out there and then as I was in pain and it was such a relief to get a same day appointment, I would highly recommend - thanks so much!

Really recommend this dental practice. As someone who is often very nervous about going to the dentist, the team here put me at ease straight away and made me a lot less anxious. So much so I have now gone to the their hygienist as well.
