Very friendly practice!! Rosanna the dentist and Amy the nurse were both so lovely to me. They explained everything they were doing throughout my appointment which really helped to put me at ease. The receptionist Kirsty was also extremely helpful with booking my appointments as I have a busy schedule. I would recommend this dentist to all of my friends and family!

Absolutely disgusting behavior. Been canceling my yearly check up for the past 6 months every single month. Cancel the latest one today which was due on Monday. Every single time I have to take time out of work/book it off and tying to be an organised person booked this over a year in advance! The most shocking item is that if I go private they can get me in next week??!?! Really shows their true colours!! 0/5 STARS

Used to be good but greedy poor customer service.
25 years NHS then just kicked out and expected to pay £200 per year private just for 2 checkups

My dentist I see, Amrita, always puts me at ease whenever I visit, and the receptionist staff are friendly and very helpful to accommodate with making advanced appointments, and they also accept NHS patients.

Im such a nervous person when it come to going to the dentist,but i have to say steven was so calming and gentle and put me at ease so was katy his assistant very kind and very professional thankyou for your quick and professional skills 👏 kind regards nervous Emma

Not too long to make an appointment before the pandemic, but the materials used to repair tooth on a woman on maternity leave was actually mocked when gone to the proper dentist. Whenever paid they will find 10 teeth for repair, whenever free they will find the cheapest way to get their business working
