Best Dental practice EVER! I'm 50 and have been through a few dentists in my lifetime so think that I am a good judge. Last year, I was in a lot of pain with bad teeth, I needed emergency dental extractions and some delicate aftercare. Dr Chung-Ming Tan and his amazing team treated me swiftly with the best care I have Ever had.
I have since been back and had a permanent resin fixed bridge fitted by Dr Tan and I am absolutely delighted with the results!
A special shout out to Mel on reception - she is a really helpful and kind lady.
I have also had some supplementary hygienist treatment with Dr Jade Tan. She really explained thoroughly how to maintain the amazing cleaning that she carried out. Private practice. Very well priced treatments. Worth every penny!

Very friendly, experienced, polite dentist and staff .the lady who works as a receptionist is so polite and nice. I changed my appointment twice she was so helpful and polite. Dr Ming Tan is so friendly and experienced. He is doing great job as well as specialist. I was so relaxed and comfy. He spends lot of time on patient to do the great jog .he never rush like another dentist. Even I was not registered there but when they see me in a pain they booked me 2 weeks after registration. You can not find better than this.

Not satisfied with their policy to remove name of patient without their consent from the practice if they miss their appointment. I had an appointment on Monday morning and I paid them already. I had high bp on sunday and due to my condition my daughter was so much streesed that she forgot abouty dental appointment. However, she tried to call them back on Monday but nobody responded. They tool all of money and removed my name from surgery. They should not treat their payients like this. I am above 65 and they were not cooperative with me. I am very dishearted.

Had dental extraction today. Went perfect. Mr. Tan and his assistant both were simply amazing. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this place. They are not my normal dentist , and I m seriously considering switching to them. Mel at the reception is lovely. Very helpful.

Castle Dentist , Mr Tan and Mel I highly recommend. This dentist family has changed my life. I regained my confidence to be able to smile and have an appetite over the years since seeing this dentist.

Years ago, after my pregnancy, my teeth shattered. I was terrified of going to the Dentist, but Mr Tan told me if I was brave enough to ensure the process for Dentures that I would have them and he fulfilled that promise and has looked after my teeth since then.

For me having Dentures has changed my life thanks to Mr Tan, I used to suffer with sensitivity (cold and hot things).

Due to Covid and the backlog, it’s been 3 years since i’ve been able to get down there this morning for myself and my daughter. My teeth are fine, and my daughter had a tiny cavity and she had it done this morning otherwise her teeth are fine too, walked out being happy, no tears from either one of us.

Highly recommended and will always remain a patient of this practice xx

I’ve recently visited for a wisdom tooth extraction and throughout the whole process the whole team were brilliant at keeping me calm. Ming was brilliant as always, Mel at the front desk always greets you with a smile and Nicole (nurse) was very comforting throughout the procedure always making me feel at ease.
