So I went to this dentist on two occasions and let me tell you I was FURIOUS about what took place. When I booked an appointment they put the wrong name down on the system meaning I had to wait for them to sort it out and I was absolutely FUMING. Now today they have crossed a line I went to the dentist and was given the incorrect prescription and wrong dosage. So when I went to the pharmacy through the cold and wet storm of London to pick up my medication it took ages to sort out the hurricane almost took me. Eventually it got sorted out but was extremely wet and frustrated when I got home.
Friendly staff throughout the practice, nice clean waiting area and always very helpful and professional
They always act in a professional yet friendly manner. I originally joined the practice when I lived nearby. Even though I have moved to another area, I will never change my dentists. I am very satisfied with the care that they have given me over several years.

Dentist Edwina and her assistant Mavis couldn't have been nicer, more understanding, caring and professional.
I needed urgent attention for my large front tooth which had come out last week following a very old football injury. I had attended another clinic last week and it just felt they had not prioritised what I needed but lined up a costly program of works. It felt like I was just another number and getting money from me was their priority, and they hadn't tried to prioritise the embarrassing gap in the middle of my mouth which was preventing me from being able to work.
Integrity, Edwina and Team had a completely different approach, it couldn't have been more different. They totally understood my need for a temporary solution so I had confidence to return to my Sales role, and have my SMILE back for Christmas!
The service I received could not have been better, and the Team, receptionist and all, embodied the surgery name 'Integrity', something that is precious and sadly too rare in this age.
A BIG WELL DONE ALL, I know where I'll be going and pointing people to in future. Thanks you SO MUCH!!! I left bouyant having received service and a solution beyond what I could have imagined, and the confidence to smile again!
I have a saying that in business if you look after people, the money looks after itself, people come back and word of mouth draws more people to you. Edwina and Team certainly looked after me today, and restored my faith after a bad experience elsewhere.
