Struggling to find a dental practise? 211 is the go to. Upon my arrival staff showed immediate kindness entering the practise. Offered a nice place to put my electric scooter , no problem. If I expected reassurance and concerns for all my questions, 211 dental in Wembley was the place to be. I was honestly am relieved and satisfied with my results. Just to disclose that I went for a hygiene clean. Very tidy work.

Although I haven’t had a chance to experience the dental/clinical practice yet, the rating is only applicable for the reception personnel who are not quite flexible to provide any alternatives when an appointment is missed. As a new comer to this wonderful country, I have been waiting to enroll myself and my family into the dental practice however I haven’t have any joy till now.

In addition to my above review and the reply that I received, I felt compelled to do a re-review. Thanks to your honest reply that gives me a perspective about the dental situation here.

Unbelievable patient care - the team were professional, supportive and so incredibly kind to my disabled mother - as a healthcare professional myself, I am very impressed with the way the whole team made my mother feel - what a truly great dental practice!

I, my dad and sis have had a great time at this dental clinic and would strongly recommend this clinic. Dr. Telina and her team are very nice people and very skilled.

I am patient for more than 3years,all my family members registered .I called to book appointments and all the time busy(4 days,not 1 hour or 2).
Living closed,I went to book the appointments,but I had a surprise: the door was closed,I had to knock for somebody to open;once opened the door ,the lady told me that they book only over the phone apointments ,I told her that is always busy and she closed me the door in front.
So ,it looks that they are not available for the patients or they choose the patients.

Had an amazing service from Dr Telina, she paid attention to detail and was extremely patient. Would definitely recommend, and will be returning in the future.
