Friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the dental nurse and dentist . Would 100% recommend to anyone needing a dentist for their family .

I have been to this dentist 3 times and seen 3 different people, the first person was lovely and explained everything clearly and calmly so I could understand then when I go back for treatment a different dentist does a filling in a tooth that was meant to have a root canal and advised me to call back if it hurts. After a month calling with no answer and no response to voicemails I spend morning calling multiple times until I get to speak to reception at last.
I get offered an appointment the next morning, This visit was terrible I saw Dr k Patel she was extremely rude, I advised her I couldnt understand what she said as she went too fast so she rolled her eyes and repeated it faster and louder at which point I told her to stop shouting at me. Throughout the whole appointment with her I felt rushed and like an inconvenience I have made the surgery aware of my disability and was wearing my sunflower lanyard.

Lovely friendly and professional staff. My Dentist was as usual very efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and welcoming.

I was contacted to inform me that there was a cancellation so l could move my dental appointment to an earlier date and l was ecstatic about it as l was in excruciating pain. My extraction was well done and l have healed
