I came to your Aylesbury Aspire Dental Care for my routine appointment with hygienist and wanted to provide some positive feedback. I want to express my thanks to Ahmed Mufsir. He was brilliant, so polite and helpful, walking me through every step of the process. And took his time to give me the best advice. It’s clear that Ahmed is very knowledgable and truly care for his clients. He an absolute credit to Aylesbury Aspire Dental Care.

This dentist practice is most definitely NOT fit for purpose and should cease to exist!. It's NHS based practices like this that indeed give the NHS a very bad reputation. These places only exist to claim funding but sorely let down those that it is suppose to help, the tax paying citizen!. Opens at 9am yet when you ring there is no one there to answer your call and then goes to an answer service which tells you to leave your details and they will get back to you! this is very untrue!. Left a message and rang this absurd practice in excess of 140+ times from when they opened!. Managed to speak to a quiet an unprofessional receptionist named Michelle more than 3 1/2 hours after leaving my message detailing the reason for requesting again the need for an urgent appointing but was met with there is only one dentist in today and all she could do is place me on the cancelation list for today and if its not good enough then call 111!, a classic case of passing the buck!. I asked why there was no one to answer the call when they were supposed to be open and was told that there are 4 telephone lines and 2 receptionists, but still no one answered. I then went on to ask if I didn't hear anything back today (which in my head I knew there was no way I would) could I call tomorrow (Saturday) as they are opened from 9am till 1pm, the response was quite comical we don't have a dentist in and the next available day would be Tuesday!. This place is a fraud!. Why should hard working people be forced to pay taxes and then ultimately be forced to seek private care at a personal cost.!

Aspires treatment is sub standard I’ve been left having to return a few times to have treatment redone after being left in pain and after complaining about a filling they did that came out rather than giving me an emergency appointment to have it redone they made up some nonsense and lies so they could remove me from their list rather than doing the job I have paid for. Poor dental treatment and poor patient treatment.

I just wanted to thank Martin (dentist) and Saria (dental nurse). They really went above and beyond for me. I have been having trouble with my crown for 2 years, and I came out of my appointment, very happy with the results. Martin also had to unexpectedly replace a root canal during my previous appointment. He took a great deal of care, and even rang me a few days later to check if I was okay. I couldn't be happy with the service provided. To top it all off, Martin made sure that I had my crown refitted before I started a new year as a secondary school teacher. Absolute life saver! Thank you so much :)

Really poor! I called last year multiple times along with contact via the website and was told I was placed on a wait list for a appointment due to covid there was a big backlog and it would be at least 6 months before we would be offered an appt. When I called again I have been told my family have been removed fom the NHS list as we havent been for over 18 months.

Very nervous patient with the necessity to have a tooth extraction. The dentist I was fortunate to have Rahat Khan was professional, patient, reassuring and extremely helpful, during and before the procedure. I can honestly say that i wouldn't have gone through with it without his reassurance that all would be well. Thank you!

Took two aged disabled relatives today. Wonderful, helpful reception from obliging, caring team. They really couldn’t have been kinder! Thank you very much for a positive experience!

This surgery does on the day urgent appointments, you have to call in at 9am, afer 200 attempts, its either engaged or goes to voicemail, then answered 20 minutes later was told all appointments have gone. I told the lady off as I rang on the dot at 9am, went to voicemail. This has been 3 days of trying I didnt even get an appointment. Its ridicoulous, as how do you get through when I am calling so many times in one minute. I think its all a farce. If you are going to have on the day appointments at least have a call system where we can wait in a queue to be answered and this is fair for all patients. Never would recommend this surgery anyone and the lady had no customer service skills. OH find another surgery!! Pathetic to say the least.
