I visited Dentistree Horley Branch after a fall and a broken front tooth. I was extremely upset and from the minute i made the phone call for an emergency appointment, the Dentist made me feel at ease and told me how to take care of my tooth whilst waiting for the appointment. He was really kind, caring and understanding. He put my mind at rest and assured me he would do what he can to fix my tooth. Both the dentist and assistant spoke me through everything that was going on and reassured me every step of the way during the treatment. After an hour, my tooth was fixed and it looked better than before; a professional job very well done. The attention to detail and customer care was outstanding and I want to say a big Thank you for all you have done.

I would recommend Dentistree to anyone who is looking for caring service from start to finish. Thank You.

It must be at least 10 years that I have been using/attending Dentistree Horley. I know of no other dentist. I have no need nor desire to look elsewhere. As I find the staff fully committed to doing their work over and beyond. I am happy and have full confidence in the staff at Dentistree Horley. They are very accommodating. So to all the staff at Dentistree Horley I will be around for as long as I have teeth to maintain. Well done and much appreciated. Thank you.

I want to point out that the Dentists here are good. However, the communication is poor. Their website "contact us" feature seems to work but they do not follow up. My experience was that the dentist poorly communicated the cost and it was an obvious misunderstanding. I was claiming on health insurance so the extra cost did not bother me. However, the dentist would not acknowledge that they could have done anything to improve the communication and was not open to feedback. The receptionist was not helpful either. She was huffing and puffing because I wanted to talk this through with the dentist before I paid. Really bad customer service and I don't have confidence that they will improve their service any time soon.

I had an emergency tooth problem. I really appreciate how fast I got an appointment and how professional their team is. Highly recommended.

Dr. Amin is the kindest person I've ever met. from the first day we met she gave me a lot of confidence and helped me in my teeth reconstruction journey for a year. all the staff, nurses and secretaries have always been kind and attentive. I always thank Doctor Amin for giving me back my smile. Excellent service and lovely people.

Took me a while to find a great practice like this one. People are great and all down to earth. Very professional. unlike other dentists i had been to in the past i never felt i was being taken advantage of or being led astray. i really liked their honesty as it seems more about dentistry here than it does money. These guys really seem to care and consider you. Cant fault this place at all. Thank you

The patient care at Dentistree is absolutely excellent. The administration staff are caring and efficient. My dentist offers thorough advice and care. I never feel like I am being pushed into a one choice option but rather that I am offered a variety of solutions.
On this occasion I had cracked my tooth, an appointment was found quickly and at a suitable time for me. Repair was fast, efficient and pain free!

Unfortunately this practice treats customers as money--making machines. Paid £75 as new patient for full exam including x-rays, to be told after less than 10min that everything is fine and I can now leave. I was expecting a clean and polish, as this is common practice to do this for an annual check up but was told to pay an extra £55 visit with the hygienist. I hope there will be more regulations in the future to avoid these bad practices, and to require dental surgeries to be more transparent with their pricing and stop ripping-off their customers. FYI I was previously registered in Muswell Hill (London) as private patient and used to pay £85 for exam + clean and polish. Sorry but I don't recommend this practice.
