Smile Essential Dental Practice

Smile essential is a great dental practice. It's immaculate, the service is brilliant right through from the team at reception to the dentist(s). You genuinely feel a part of 'the family' attending. I used to have such a fear of dentists but not here, since making the move I've been attending dentist appointments regularly for years. My kids also LOVE attending you genuinely couldn't ask for more! 10/10

The staff always give good service and the dentist is very good.
I was a little irritated at my recent visit, as I walked in I was told I should be wearing a mask, I did feel like a child being told off a little. What made it worse was 2 members of staff at the desk, one wore a mask only over her mouth and not her nose, and the other lady had hers off more than on. As my treatment was completed and of course I had no mask on the dentist also had no mask on as he was talking to me about my Next visit and continued treatment.
So please if you insist on these rules let see some constancy with staff setting the example and also please speak to paying customers as adults .

I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve always had a great service from reception team. They come back to you quickly if you have any issues. Friendly too.

Dental care has been great too. I’ve had various issues over the years and they’ve not let me down with resolving them as soon as possible. Happy with an on-lay and filling more recently.

I've been going to Smile Essential for about 10 years now, and this is by far the best dentist I've ever used. The experience is always personal, they take special care of people who are nervous or fearful, and the level of service is always excellent from everyone who works there. My teeth look and feel fab, and I would highly recommend this place.

A very clean, friendly, and professional practice.
I have been with smile for many years, their attitude to treatment is one of care and consideration, always keeping you informed and offering options.
The reception staff are always warm and knowledgeable.
On another personal note, the staff have always been there in my hour of need, when in pain and discomfort, accommodating and reassuring.

Karishma is the best dentist ever. I am always so nervous and anxious to visit the dentist but she puts me at ease and is so caring and friendly. She fixed my filling at short notice and I have had the most pleasant Invisalign and teeth whitening experience with her. I highly recommend her she is a very thorough and experienced dentist especially if you are nervous. The staff are also all friendly and kind when I visit and the practice it is so high tech it even has a tv on the ceiling that you can watch! 5 stars from me!

I’ve always found Smile Essential to be a very friendly and welcoming place. Add to that it’s cleanliness, efficiency and excellent quality treatment and you’ll understand why I’ve been going to this dentist for so many, many years.

Fantastic practice, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Reception team always accommodating. Nurses are excellent, dentists are very professional. Dawn practice manager is absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a new practice to join.Thsnks again
