Framwellgate Dental Care

I have been to the Surgery several times, and I must be honest about the really really great job they do, (and I hate going to the dentists)..not so any more. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant, and the actual dental work was of a high professional standard with very reasonable cost(s).What more can I say, but thanks a million!

I attended the surgery on Fri. 21st Feb. 2020, Reception staff were great when I arrived, I did arrive slightly early but I did not have a long wait. The procedure was explained simply, but in detail. All throughout the treatment, care was taken regarding my continued comfort, I suffered no discomfort and the overall experience was excellent. Aftercare treatment was also explained and advice on what to do, where to go, if problems did arise was also explained. Top marks for the Dental surgeon and staff.

Went in for emergency appointment today, first time ever using this dentist. I can honestly say I have never been as impressed with an NHS service as much as this one. Dentist Wendy talked me through everything, kept me at ease during OP, made me feel comfortable and most importantly removed the pain and provided a successful service! Thankyou

without doubt the best dentist ive ever been to, wisdom tooth that a few dentist had assured me would have to be a hospital surgery has been giving me jip for years, rang at 11.10 for a emergency appointment, got one for 12.30 and by 12.45 two amazing ladies had it out, absolutely over the moon

My partner was so nervous about going due to mental health problems and agoraphobia. She was quickly put at ease and all her worries were comforted. Lovely people at the front desk, and behind the scary doors as well. Everyone couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding of her situation and for that I am truly truly grateful. Also those scary doors don’t even seem remotely scary in the slightest anymore with all of the lovely smiles and comforting attitudes towards everyone I’m sure my partner will brave it again and not be worried about what happens when she goes any more. Thank you all so much you’re wonderful amazing people. Xxx

I have been a patient here for a while, and I am always super impressed by the friendly staff and the amazing dentists. I was able to get an emergency appointment today with one of the dentists, and she took the time to understand what the issue was and came up with a plan to fix it. Thank you for looking after me so well, keep up the excellent work!

Today , I went to the above dentist with severe toothache it was emergency appointment.I am a patient here. The reception staff prior to visiting had rang me about the appointment someone cancelled. I was relieved. I received the utmost care by the dentist and dental nurse. I was upset due to the pain they reassured me and looked after me caringly as I needed a tooth taken out. I never felt any pain at all. I am grateful and thankful for the professionalism and been so caring with me. It's such a relief to have no toothachex

Great staff and really good service, unfortunately saddened to here that as of 1st July 2021 adults can no longer get treatment on the NHS prices as the practice is going private,then only children will receive NHS treatment. This is very sad for all who pay but cannot afford private health care 😪 as per response below the letter sent out to patients does not state what you have just stated, however if I have misunderstood in someway this is good news, you still have a great surgery and staff
