Cannock Dental Care

This was our first visit to this dentist and my sons were a little nervous. The clinic is very clean, decorated and very welcoming. The receptionists were all lovely and the dentist was fantastic. Best dentist we've been to so far👍👍. Overall very happy 👍

Fabulous staff, really friendly and welcoming. Premises are wonderful, bright and sparkling. Got me in at like a moments notice when I became a new patient here earlier this year. Dentist was thorough in my check up and very reassuring. Saving the best and most important till last, my hygienist Harjot and dental nurse are spectacular. Not one moments discomfort or pain. Every aspect of care discussed and chatted about, cannot rate this practice highly enough. Thank you everyone

Staff are very polite and helpful, dentist very good as usual for our annual check up.

My first visit to Cannock Dental Care. Very impressed by the friendly reception team and the dentist I met. I was made to feel completely at ease. As it is so difficult to get an NHS dentist at present I was especially pleased to be offered an appointment the very next day after being called offering me a place on their list.

The practice is also located in very spacious, clean, modern accommodation which enhances the whole experience of visiting the dentist.

I've been a dental phobic since childhood but today a brilliant appointment with Victoria Henrick. She was so friendly and approachable, took care to explain everything - issues and possible outcomes and choices for how to proceed - that I felt more relaxed about the next visit! She even showed me the x-rays and explained what they showed. Top marks and thanks.
I should add that the new premises are really comfortable and welcoming, and all the staff friendly and helpful.

My husband and myself had our first check up today. We were both really impressed. The practice is really modern, clean and spacious. The reception staff were lovely and the young dentist we saw was very professional, informative but not pushy. We both felt very comfortable and we are so glad we changed dentist's. Thank you.

Both myself and my husband had our first visit to Cannock Dental Care today.We were extremely impressed upon entering the practice until we came out. We had nothing but exemplary service from each and every member of staff and the minute we stepped into the dentists room, all nerves and apprehension disappeared immediately. Such a peaceful calming atmosphere .Absolutely faultless. A huge thank you for accommodating us, we are eternally grateful.

Today was our first visit to this dental practice for both myself & my 11yr old son (after our previous dentist in Cannock decided they no longer wished to accept NHS clients). Wow, what a lovely new & contemporary practice this is :-) Upon entrance to the building it was light, airy and warm with a pleasant greeting from the reception staff. This practice is on two floors with our appointment being upstairs. The whole surgery appeared to be very clean and smelt lovely (air freshener and not clinical) There was ample seating with a large tv on the wall (although there was advertising being shown om it) the music playing was very tranquil. The dentist himself was very thorough in explaining everything throughout our visit and although my son has anxiety issues he came away from the practice saying that it was his most favourite dentist - so that in itself really says it all! as he was obviously at ease throughout ! :-) Thank you for accepting us
