Patient First Dental Practice

I recommend patient first dental practice. When I called them, we booked my appointment for the next day. Thank you Mr Nicola Cotsoglou for the appointment and the detailed explanation.

All staff is mostly fine. But I don't know what to say about my cleaning appointment. First of all I was asking about airflow many times, but no one answer me straight if it's available or no. Then I came for my appointment and I saw poster about air flow. Of course costs additional money... Well. Second thing is it should last for 30 minutes and I went out after around 10 minutes. It was super fast and I think not accurate... My teeth feels better, but don't look much better. Some stains left and I don't know if it should be like this. I had cleaning in another country and it was totally different. First of all it didn't hurt, it was around one hour and no stains left. I am wondering about cleaning price too. In every place it's around 20£. I paid 65£ for 10 minutes not satisfying appointment.

I hadn’t been to the clinic in a while and was a little nervous after seeing some of the reviews. I can happily say that my concerns were laid to rest with all the staff from the reception to the hygienist being the nicest people you could ask for. I expected a hard time having not been for a while but they were more than professional and extremely courteous with clear & understanding explanations of the treatment and advice going forward. Although the price was high I felt much happier with the attention to detail with the cleaning. My only query would be if as in our case my wife & I had a back to back session why we both had to pay the premium with less room cleaning required between us. All in all a great service and gives me confidence to return for further treatment soon.

Was told I have to wait eight weeks yes eight weeks to see some one like on the NHS for emergency treatment as I am in agony with a tooth infection by poor treatment and after from another dentist where I been in unbearable severe pain with a swollen mouth etc. But they said they can me immediately on private. Should change their name to patient NHS last practice. And to private first.

I have been to many dentist’s in my time. I have never experienced such an excellent service. I have a terrible fear. This dentist treats me with compassion, understanding and above all ,they care. Fantastic service of which I am truly grateful. Thank you to all the team. Dr Shahpour Hemmati and Mrs Hemmati.

Incredibly poor service and rude staff

After 5-6 emails and a number of phone calls finally got through to try and book an appointment for my daughter who is 8.
After a missed appointment despite trying to call a number of times to speak to somebody.
Receptionist is incredibly rude and the practice manager has nothing but attitude absolutely disgusted with how I have been treated myself and my family.

My husband had previous work done here a filling which caused nothing but problems.

Would completely avoid more interested in reaching their UDA target than the care of their actual patients absolutely shocking !

Staff need further training on how to speak to their patients and how to resolve matters instead of being met with nothing but attitude and rude language!

I love patient first it’s the best dentist I’ve ever been too that’s why their phone line is always busy but a little patience and you’ll eventually get through.
The practice is also super clean and the staff is always friendly and efficient.

My dentist dr Nick is soooooooooo gentle and explains everything to me so I know what’s being done he’s so professional and efficient also. I relax in the chair almost falling asleep. I trust him throughly he’s good at his work I almost fell asleep during my root canal 🦷 he’s brilliant 5 star all the way. I strongly recommend this dental practice.

Was really impressed with this practise, the staff were highly efficient and totally proffesional.. This was my first visit to a
dentist in a very long time and was made to feel completely at ease. I can not recommend this dental practise highly enough. This procedure was carried out by Daniela wow she is amazing made me feel totally at ease from start to finish amazing woman and dental surgeon, thank you Daniela😊. Its been over 10 years since my last visit to the dentist so nervous was an understatement but I need not have worried Daniela knows her stuff you feel that as soon as you meet her. Can't wait to go back. But all the staff are very proffesional. Go to this practise if you want the best care and treatment
