Being someone who absolutely hates seeing a dentist, my experience overall was absolutely amazing. Dr Munasinghe was so patient with me, she gave me very detailed explanations of my options, explained all pricing before hand. During treatment, she was incredible, so so supportive and made sure to check I was doing okay throughout. Would recommend this dentist!

I’ve seen two dentists here over my 3 years of being a patient and both times I have felt overwhelmed by their genuine kindness. Really are made to feel like the team are on your side. The girls on the desk are always so down to earth, welcoming and helpful and then to go in to a dentist who knows what they are talking about and seems to really care about you as a person is really touching. I cannot recommend the east street team enough. Thank you so much

Honestly hated the dentist up until now Emmanuel Amuesi has been AMAZING, he knew I was uncomfortable with being at the dentist and made everything so easy and supportive for me, extractions we’re painless and quick. I started clear correct through this dentist as he recommended it would be best suited for me. The corse is going VERY well, he’s always one email away if I need anything and always goes above and beyond for customer service. Also like to add that all the staff are very polite and pleasant. Jasmine his trainee was lovely as well made me feel at ease and helped along the way. Will recommend anyone who needs a dentist clinic to go here. 😊

I couldn't recommend Dr Munasinghe enough, she made me completely comfortable the entire time and was clear about my options/pricing without making me feel pressured. The rest of staff are equally as lovely and made booking appointments easy. For the first time, I won't be dreading my next appointment. Thank you so much!

Great dental practice! Dr Dickon is an exceptional dentist and can’t thank him enough! I struggled with very strong tooth pain for over a month and my previous dentist at different practice could not find where the issue was ….I was told that all is ok and it’s just a gum infection…Luckily I have managed to switch the dentist and get appointment with Dr Dickon Banks at my dentist in Bedminster who got to the bottom of the problems and professionally fixing them one by one saved me from so much pain already ( and it turned out there were quite few issues that were missed by previous practice ). The reception team is also amazing! Thank you

A trip to the dentist is never pleasant and sadly I had a lot of work that needed doing. But Dr Munasinghe and Freya have been nothing but lovely and understanding! Always a tad nervous but they have put me at ease and really talk you through the process.

I think everyone who struggles to visit a dentist or has a phobia should read this. The issue with the phobia will be overshadowed with the very unpleasant reception staff. And the cowboy dentistry performed by Dr Emmanuel. I had the following treatment paid in full and still I’m having problems with an infection.
Root canal - Done 👍 tooth wobbly 👎
Two fillings. One fell out two days later. Told me to have the rest of the work completed and they would look at the filling again. Guess what tried to make me pay for it to be fixed.
I had moulds done to have some dentures. Then was asked after I paid for my moulds what treatment I would like. Why would I have moulds done if I didn’t know what was recommended by Dr Emmanuel. Absolutely disgusting money money money is all he was interested in. I was told £500 a tooth. Which was embarrassing for me as I never asked how much and he made me feel like I was someone who wouldn’t be able to afford that. He was right. But to make me feel that bad was not nice.
I was also told I had missed an appointment. Check again as that never happened. You also said I was sent reminders. Again never happened. No win no fee is only option for me now. All because I wanted my filling fixed. Avoid avoid avoid.

I had an emergency appointment here. I was seen by Dr. Dickon Banks who was so nice. I have a big fear of dentist, but this doctor was so lovely that I felt at ease straight away. I am really thankful him for finding time for me and I'm know that I'll be a client here now.
