City Dental Clinic

Went to see this clinic (through recommendations from a friend, I am based South London so it was a little far from my usual practice) with issues about one particular tooth. Turns out my sister had been right and it was in need to whitening (boring story it was dead). Dr Pratt was very simple and clear in his advice. I was talked through all options and recommended a course of whitening treatment for my teeth. I had many questions about suitability, longevity and if it was safe. I didn't feel patronised and after a couple of weeks I have a fresh set of pearly whites. Process could not have been more simple and easy. Also helped the team there are professional and friendly, not to mention very accommodating with my ever changing schedule.

Warning: Invisalign is not the cheapest of procedures, but I trust them 100% based on my results. You need to manage your own expectations of the costs and be sure to ask up front what each treatment will cost, and any potential costs involved (x-rays, hygienist) so you are informed.
I have been a patient for almost 9 months for Invisalign, and I am thoroughly happy with the results. I did have to invest more than I initially expected, but it's one of those things - once you start, you might as well continue to the best possible outcome if your savings permit.
On multiple visits, the staff are always polite and friendly. There are usually a number of options available when booking an appointment, which is great - means they're don't over book their calendar. There was only 1 occasion when I could not get hold of the Dr as he was on leave, and delayed my treatment progress for a few weeks; but hardly an issue given the results. They respond to email queries in good time. And they offer a referral programme for your friends and family.

I have now had three appointments at City Dental Clinic. I’ll start by saying that I am no fan of visits to the dentist, but after several years I could not put it off any longer.

This is a top class outfit that really takes care of their patients. Dr Murray Pratt was brilliant - he made dental procedures which would otherwise have been incredibly unpleasant, bearable. The receptionists are organised, friendly and booking appointments (even at relatively short notice) is easy. Essentially, the perfect service.

Went to City Dental to get my teeth whitened. The service provide was absolutely great from start to finish. Both my trays fit perfectly, and I am now happy with my smile again to say the least.

Was yesterday in this clinic. I suffered from pain and infection in a swollen gum. I was greeted by a very pleasant but completely incompetent dentist. Has written out only metronidazole and has sent home. I understand that I wanted to spend Friday night differently. The infection and gum abscess were too big to let me go home. And the result, the next day on Saturday, I had to urgently look for a dentist to remove the abscess in the gum, which increased even more overnight. I do not recommend this clinic.

Best dentist I’ve ever been too!! I wish I could give 10 stars. I had a really bad toothache this amazing dental surgeon woman who took away the pain away I am ever so thankful! All staff are friendly and welcoming! I definitely would recommend coming here without a doubt!

Excellent practice. Everyone is friendly. The dentist's take a lot of time to explain things properly. No unnecessary treatment as far as I can tell and, on the one occasion in 10 years I needed a filling, it was genuinely painless.
