Coronation Road Dental Surgery

I'd just like to thank Coronation Road Dental Surgery for squeezing me in to their very tight, covid restricted timetable. I had a filling done on my wisdom tooth that eventually turned into an agonising pain! They booked me straight in on the same day that i rang up and extracted my tooth. Professional, kind and would recommend to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience of Coronation Rd Dental Practice earlier today. I am an NHS GP who has recently moved to Bristol and got into trouble with one of my teeth which was extremely painful. They managed to fit me in and have sorted me out so that this evening I am pain free. I’m writing this in March 2020 at the start of corona lockdown so this has meant I can return to clinic tomorrow. Completely exemplary treatment. Many many thanks! Highly recommended.

Have been going to this practice for a few years now and I can't speak highly enough of them. Recently one of my front teeth snapped and i had visions of having to wait ages for an appointment and having to walk about with a gap in my mouth. I phoned the surgery up and within the week it was all sorted. Dr Charles is my dentist and she is very patient and thoughtful. The reception staff are very helpful and will always fit you in for a time convenient to you if they can. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone especially anyone as nervous as I used to be

I have been a patient of this surgery for a number of years and I always get a fantastic service. Friendly reception and very helpful. Dr Charles is fantastic, she has really transformed my smile, I was really self conscious about my teeth Colour and the condition of old fillings and didnt like showing my teeth in photos but Dr Charles has made me smile again 😀.

Was unable to make any further appointments due to failing to attend a single appointment during the midst of a pandemic. Even though as a key worker with constant covid cases around me they wouldn't let me make an appointment. I believed we could only visit the dentist during the pandemic if it was urgent. Ironically I was booking an appointment to fix a problem the dentist dealt with. In pain, disgusting practice. AVOID

I continuously receive excellent service from the dental surgery. The reception team could not be more helpful and incredibly efficient in their communication. Would highly recommend.

Tried to join as a new private patient, receptionist was off putting, did not seem to want to take my details,. I tired calling back several times and my mobile number was not picked up, so, I called from my work phone at the same time, the number I called from originally was ignored but my work mobile was picked up. AVOID Rude receptionist
