Absolutely hopeless practice! I’ve been at this dental surgery since a child but since it’s been taken over by MyDentist it has never been the same. Not only can they not seem to keep dentists but now it’s lucky if you get one check up per year. I’ve had four appts cancelled over the last 12 months and then you have to wait around 3 months to book another one in. I bet their private patients don’t have this issue….money talks! Needless to say I have now found another dentist who offers continuity and expert care.

Very helpful reception ladies and the treatment was for my daughter to have 4 teeth taken out she was really put at ease as the staff were so friendly and patient towards us both .

Like others have said, administration seems incapable. Due to covid we were overdue an appointment. This was booked for August (after at least 3 months waiting). They postponed these appointments in August and asked us to reschedule. I called to do so and was told they had no dentists but due to the length of time since, we would be at the top of the list and would be contacted around October.
Having heard nothing I called today to be told due to the length of time we are no longer on their books and they are full. It was due to THEIR postponement! I repeatedly was told "we don't call back". But I could book private appointments. Well after being effectively being called a liar regarding their communication I'm sure I'd rather give my money for a private appointment elsewhere. What a shame after waiting so long.

I have been with this dental practice for many years and I have always received very good service right across the board from the receptionist to the dentists, I recently had to be moved from my regular dental lady ( who is on maternity leave) to a new one and I’m so pleased with her kindness, patience and dental work that I have chosen to stay with her. Great dental practice 👍

I have been going to this dentist for years now and every time I go I my dentist, Krupa, always makes me feel relaxed, calm and comfortable. She explains what she needs to do all the time and explains the plans she has/ options available.
She is kind, friendly and quite honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had.
My son sees the same dentist and always feels comfortable with her too.
Krupa always investigates anything you come to her with thoroughly and you can be certain of excellent treatment here with Krupa.

Recommended by my Mum, I am a very nervous person when it comes to Dentists. I was reassured and made comfortable throughout my treatment, left feeling confident about going to the Dentist especially Krupa. Receptionists are very nice and friendly .

I Visited the Surgery for a check up and was greeted with a smile by the receptionist who was very helpful booking all my family's appointments, the Dentist was very professional and polite.

All the staff is very friendly and kind. Came for my dental treatment here and was v pleased with the services they offer on board.
