The service I received from the very first contact I made via Instagram has been great.
Everything has been fully explained to me and all my questions were answered honestly and quickly.
Very accommodating to my erratic schedule with plenty of late and weekend appointments available.
I felt very at ease with Andre as he is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced.
Elle is always super helpful and friendly making the whole experience very positive.
All members of staff I came into contact with, hygienists, receptionists etc were very polite and friendly.
I am so pleased I decided to seek my treatment from Inspired Dental Care and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality dentist.
From the reception to the dental staff, you are treated like a human being and nothing is too much trouble.
Sarah the hygienist and Amish the dentist have both made a huge difference in how I now feel about seeing a dentist.
Highly recommend.
Many thanks :)
15 months later and I'm actually smiling in photos now, which is huge. I highly recommend Inspired Dental if you are considering cosmetic dental work.
We are a family of four and one of our children was unable to make an appointment on time so we were charged £50 regardless, despite this being at the discretion of the dentist. We attempted to the make the hour long appointment by being maybe 10 minutes late but this was rejected, we were told we had missed it and that we would still be charged.
This draconian and punitive way of treating customers is disgusting in 2022 but I guess Dentists are in high demand so don't have to apply any customer service or satisfaction skills to make their money.
Our concerns were first highlighted to these practices when we undertook the initial health check and despite having good teeth with no issues we were forced onto a higher monthly payment plan despite all evidence being to the contrary that this higher plan (and higher cost) was necessary.
They have skilled sales people who usher you into a variety of rooms to effectively make you feel comfortable and away from other customers so that they can apply their techniques to upsell unnecessary products and services. We were prepared to overlook this as we really wanted the kid's teeth to be looked after but having now seen the punitive approach to children and not just adults we have cancelled and will go elsewhere.
Very disappointing, not the best ethical approach by an organisation that should be trusted to take care of your well-being so avoid if you're looking for a long-term relationship or don't mind them X-raying your wallet whilst you're under anaesthetic!!!
Thank you so much :-)
