Outstanding!

Impatient and unprofessional reception - wouldn't tell you the range of their price for doing a filling and could only tell you how much it starts from. So you will have to pay for £85 to register in order to simply get an idea of how much it could cost and if their price is higher than others, £85 is wasted unfortunately.

As a terrified patient based on bad experiences at previous dentists, choosing a new one is always daunting, but I had half-finished work from my previous dentist and many other issues that needed sorting and my inlaws all use Kelsham and I can see why. I couldn't wish for more in a dentist.

Emma is so accommodating of nervous patients, reassuring and understanding. As I needed a lot of work done she worked out a plan to spread it over several months to fit my available budget and I've just had hopefully the last major treatment done - an extraction.

How I made it into the chair to begin with I'll never know (out of fear and anxiety), how I made it out again with almost no pain is beyond belief, I was bracing myself, clenching, holding onto the seat expecting some sudden intense pain but there was none. We're now on day 2 following the extraction and there's still no pain and I haven't even needed medication yet. It's still early days and there's a lot of healing to go but so far so good, I'm really happy with how good Emma is at making you feel comfortable when you've got the worst fears ever, and I'm so happy with the work, she doesn't rush like all my previous dentists, she does it well and does it right the first time and if something does hurt she will stop right away and numb it up a bit more (unlike my last dentist!)

I highly recommend Kelsham, especially if you're a nervous patient like me

Extremely rude customer service. You have to call multiple times to get through and they just cut off the call whenever they want.

Useless and rude receptionist.

Disgusting Customer Service. I woke up with extreme pain and bleeding this morning and called up to ask about an an emergency extraction and the receptionist was extremely rude and said and I quote "You cannot just call and make an appointment for an extraction WILLY NILLY", even though it was an emergency. She does not seem to grasp the meaning of the english word "emergency." The sense of entitlement is disgusting and they make you feel like they're doing you a favour even if you are a private paying client. There's no sympathy demonstrated and the lady seems to think she can use such condescending language and get away with it. I would not recommend at all, go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect and decency.
