Sunny Smiles Dental Practice

I've been to this surgery on the 24th of March that is the day when I registered with them and I had an appointment around 3pm. I needed a referral for an extraction for the wisdom tooth because it involved local surgery. The doctor who saw me couldn't do it, so he said he will contact the surgeon for their branch from Upminster and after he will call me back to tell me the cost of the process and also when he is available for the extraction.

No one called me back even it's almost 2 months later. I also mention I paid £60 pounds for a consultation that lasted 10 minutes and I was promised something that I never got. A phone call.

Please consider I have received an email from the practice manager saying he will look into this problem and will be in touch in due course.

I had to book flight tickets and did my extraction back home. I'm still waiting for my full refund, it's unacceptable.

Well where do I start, firstly the reception are absolutely fantastic especially sue and cam they are always willing to help get you seen ASAP, they are reassuring and very welcome. The dentist mandeep is the one I highly recommend to many family and friends. He gives brilliant advice and does fantastic job throughout and after procedure. The service they deliver at sunny smiles ☺ is excellent couldn't' thank them enough for their support and hard work I have the best smile ever thank you

The best dentist I have ever been too. Dr Bina has helped me to improve my oral health and made getting my implant easy and relatively pain free. I would definitely recommend this dentist for anything you need done.

We popped in for my partners checkup.

The location was pretty easy, not far from Canning Town DLR.

The staff were fine when we visited, the interior was modern with enough seating at a dozen give or take.

All in all, not bad really.

I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. I had a filling that fell out on my front tooth 2 years ago, and I went here to have it replaced. I think the dentist spent all of 15 minutes doing the filling, if it was even that long. It had sharp edges, felt bumpy and unfinished, and wasn't fully colour matched to my teeth. It also only lasted 2 years, as it fell out again today. The last filling I had in there lasted for 12 years. Extremely poor quality service - I have to say that I have never been this disappointed with a dentist before in my entire life.

Honestly would have given this place a zero. On Google maps they claim to be located in Canning Town. That's false information. I clicked on their practice via a Google maps search for local dentist practices, booked online and paid £40 deposit, all emails from them went straight to my junk and I couldn't get through to them over the phone. I'm aware that I should have noticed that the address on their website does not math their address in Google, but the fact that I have to check that is unprofessional on their behalf. Oh they refused to reimburse my deposit, a deposit I would not have paid if they had informed Google of an address change. Dishonourable, says a lot about character.

I had invislign treatment here, extremely happy with the results! My dentist Mandeep was amazing, super nice and gave me the best treatment plan. Outcome of my results were amazing. It only took 3 months, and my teeth were straight and whiter, many people commented on how my teeth look perfect. I also got teeth bonding to shape them better, and Mandeep did an excellent job. He was very attentive and compassionate, always checking if i'm comfortable and happy. I couldn't thank this clinic enough, from the reception team to the dentist, thank you it was the best experience ever!

DO NOT REGISTER HERE!! SHOCKING TREATMENT!!! I went in with excruciating pain caused by a broken tooth and filling came off in another. Dr. Sajiv is either incompetent or unqualified dentist. The x-ray showed that the filling was out in one tooth and another tooth was broken just like I explained to him. Instead of treating me, he printed out some material from Google website and handed them to me to follow the exercises to alleviate the pain. No treatment whatsoever. I will not return to this horrible dental practice nor recommend it to anyone!
