Grove Dental Practice

A fantistic practice from top to toe. I've always experienced the best care, which now explains why I have been going back for 19 years! Receptionists are lovely, polite and always happy to assist, and are able to book appointments far in advance, which is a great help. They also make sure to ring you to remind you of your appointment the day before, which is especially helpful if you have booked up 6 months in advance. The doctor I see is amazing, both in friendliness and in dental care, and he is exceptionally qualified. I've never once been worried about sitting in his chair, even when having a tooth removed. All in all, a stellar practice that I am happy to return to again and again.

I have been going to this practice for 20 years . Dr Ansari is the best dentist ever. So professional and friendly and immediately makes you feel better. Dental nurses and receptionists equally as kind and helpful..thankyou so much.

I am so happy that I am now registered with the dentist practice. DR. Hussain is the best dentist. Very thorough and informative.I left feeling happy with the service. Receptionist that I came across seemed very helpful and respectful.

Dr Azhar is a excellent dentist. Always has time for you and always gives you options available to you. He is not rushed and very professional in dealing with customers of all ages.

Worst services, In severe pain ,initially refused saying no appointment available, when insisted, someone else cane on phone saying, have emergency appointment for tomorrow, mentioning as my Dentist on holidays, and i might not get treatment tomorrow, may be given antibiotic. Non professionals, whats the point giving Antibiotic without treatment. Will never recomend this Dentist

Receptionist Radha answered my call I asked whether there is an emergency appointment she took all my details down, where the pain is what tooth what side how long it’s been ongoing and then later she tells me that there is no emergency appointments available. What was the point of that.? Also she may not be able to contact me to tell me whether there is one later because she’s got other things to do. This is not the first time she has spoken like this, once I was sitting in the reception area and she was using that bitter attitude towards someone who could not speak English.
If you can’t be helpful get another job somewhere else.

The reception staff and dental nurses are all welcoming. My dentist Dr Poonam Julka was very informative, kind and patient with me, I highly recommend her.
