Registered quickly (& seen the same day) as my own dentist couldn’t see me for 6 weeks 🫣. I had an initial consultation with Dr Parita Patel who was lovely. Sadly the tooth that needed extraction was too painful even after 5 anaesthetic injections. Referred me to a specialist that use a stronger substance. I will definitely be back & will be registering the family too.

I made contact with this practice after having three appointment’s cancelled with my dentist, it was my daughter’s wedding on Saturday and my filling on my front tooth had broken off so I was desperate to get it fixed as my dentist was not interested they made me an appointment within two hours with Greta who did it there and then and made a brilliant job. I was so impressed I have moved to Greta and the practice.
Highly recommend Greta to anyone

First appointment for me & my partner , met with friendly faces & a nice relaxing atmosphere. Dentist was lovely , very gentle made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend to others .

Possibly the worst dental practice I've experienced. To put it in simple terms Dr Parita Patel is the worst dentist I've had treat me. I was booked in for an extraction with Dr Patel and left the surgery with still half of the tooth in my jaw and had to go to another dentist which did the job within a couple of seconds ! After about 4-5 shots of anesthetic and roughly 40 minutes of the so called Dentist tugging and wiggling the tooth to get it out she had the audacity to say it was my age as to why the tooth wouldn't come out and shrugged her shoulders and giggled as if to say what do I do now.It turned out she was a complete rooky and possibly couldn't pull a Christmas cracker open not let alone a tooth out of a gum! I sent a letter of complaint to the practice which I never had a reply to and called the practice to speak to the duty manager only to get ignored as well on many occasions.Its not her first extraction that went wrong and If I'd have read the reviews on this place I'd have never booked the appointment. Please read all the reviews before you actually book for this place as it seems that a lot of the reviews are possibly family or friends of the practice trying to big it up. If you want my advice GO ELSEWHERE.

What a fabulous service this surgery provides. I lost a filling last night so called in Whitestone dentist today to arrange for it to be replaced fully expecting to wait a couple of days to be seen. My dentist Mohammad was available so saw me straight away replaced the filling and I was on my way in next to no time. Well done and everyone there is so welcoming and friendly thank you for an excellent experience

Good afternoon,
I would like to write a complaint in regards to my dental treatment in hopes of a resolved issue about the treatment I received.
Firstly I came in for a toothache problem where I was notified that I need two fillings. Alls fair and fine.
First complaint is with the reception team. She offered me an appointment on the Monday following my appointment which was Tuesday 1st November but unfortunately because I am a student Nurse currently on placement that couldn’t work for me. So she told me the next available one would be Thursday 3rd November at 9:30am.
Thursday 3rd came and I arrived at 9:25 to be told my appointment is actually on the Wednesday 9th November but I know for a fact this was incorrect as I am at placement that day I wouldn’t have agreed to it.
This is where my second complaint comes in, she said since I had tooth pain she would liaise with the dentist to have me seen. Of which I was called in 20 minutes later.
The dentist asked me if I wanted my filling done I said yes but due to the appearance of my teeth already I want a white filling. She stated how she doesn’t have time and I have to have a silver one or wait until Mondays appointment. Seen as this is a thing for a life I’d take someone’s request seriously and not as a matter of time which I have on my hands. So I left it for Monday and just bared the pain over the weekend.
Third complaint comes where I arrived on time and again the dentist was behind time. My appointment was for 9:40 and I entered the room around 9:55.
As part of my care plan I would expect the dentist to care about the comfortability of the patient and my pain threshold is not high. She told me I wouldn’t need an injection for my filling. Which when she started was an excruciating pain! If you don’t need pain relief for it then surely the pain relief would never be an option for this kind of procedure and the fact that I don’t usually pay for my dental and this time I was paying I am very angry about that.
I was in agony and I left the dental practise shaking. Even up to 3 hours after I was still in pain.
For the amount I paid for my dental I honestly don’t think I received a good treatment and therefore would’ve like to speak to someone a little higher up please.
How can I get into contact with a manager?

I had dental anxiety, the dentist I seen really reassured me and really put my mind at ease. Don’t leave it too long! They are only there to help was it uncomfortable yes but that’s because I was in pain not due to the dentist, I’m now out of pain with my teeth I can not thank the surgery enough

Not been to a dentist for 5 years covid and a bad experience with another dentist had put me off. Greta was great! Put me at ease and made the experience stress free. Very impressed and will be going back in 6 months. Thankyou.
