Victoria Promenade Dental Practice

I had excellent service from this dental practice just now. It's covid compliant of course. I seemed to be the only patient in there which was reassuring. The dentist and assistants wore masks whilst I had to obviously remove mine for the treatment.
The check up proved interesting. The dentist gave me a comprehensive examination followed by a complete breakdown of all the options available to me to sort out my broken tooth including all pricing.
Several x-rays were also taken of my teeth which he showed me on screen afterwards as well as an explanation of what I was looking at.
I need to return for several reasons but can be assured that after I've finished my teeth will be in much better shape.

been with this dentist since i was a child (25 years) usually i cannot fault them however it appears i get reminders that check ups are due yet unable to make an appointment as no availability. i am also in need of a filling and provided an appointment in 3 months time. looking to move to a different dentist in hope i can actually see one.

Stay away...The doctor actually damaged one of my healthy teeth and I was asked to pay £200! Which I paid and was too shocked to even complain about it (they asked me for proof address, at least 2 photo ID s and other documents to complain - I didn't have those all on me then obviously! - they didn't asked for those when they destroyed my healthy tooth!!). I am still in shock and have painful half tooth now (which was healthy before)... Awful 😖

Not happy at all. Standard soo poor . Dental practice should have high standards but this is what is missing there . Don’t recommend

The best dentist in Northampton been coming here to see this dentist since 2010 he really is amazing 100% recommend. Friendly, understanding and patient.

After having Dr Lall for many years, who I could not fault. Kind ,gentle and explained all that he did. He has moved practices
I was apprehension of the new dentist. The new dentist called Daci is a quiet spoken chap but gentle and explained what he would recommend. Second visit he was more relaxed and friendly
The reception staff have all been excellent, there does seems to be a change but equally good.

Worst dentist even I'm a NHS patient I waited months for a appointment to have filling. And I keeped being texted to make sure I was coming I even got a phone call the day before to make sure I was going to turn up . So the next day on arrival I was told the dentist was ill and that we would have to make another appointment which I did .for another 3 months wait . And some again the dentist was ill again !!! This dentist doesn't want NHS patients I wish there would just be straight with me .

I've been coming here for years. I do not like visits to the Dentist so when Alistair left ( a LONG time ago) I was concerned as to his replacement, I'm glad to say Ravinder is an outstanding Dentist and a top bloke. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
