The Manor Dental Surgery

Always been to this dental surgery since I was a youngster. Never had any issues and the dentists, dental nurses, hygienist and counter staff have all been very pleasant with every visit.

My dental appointment with Dr Mandy and her team was great, I only had a checkup and a small filling done but I was totally relaxed.

This was my first visit to this practice but my dentist has always been Dr Mandy for 12 years now as she is the best.

Dr Mandy is well known for dealing with nervous patients of which I was one 12 years ago, due to previous dentists treatment.
Since then I have been a fan.

I've had my second checkup now and all is well, a different nurse this time but equally professional treatment from the team.

No doubt, if you've been a patient here for many years the service should be more than satisfactory. However, if you've just recently joined, expect a lot of repetitive form filling and perfunctory dental checks that scrapes NHS requirements...

First-time patient here. Friendly staff, thorough examination, informative feedback. Unfortunately my teeth are a mess though so I'll be seeing them again very soon!

During the covid-19 I suffered an abscess. I rang up & spoke to Laura, she explained they wouldn’t be doing any Face to face appointments but she would get the dentist to phone me back. A lovely lady phoned me back ( sorry forgot her name) so caring & kind. Got me a prescription sent to Kasli chemist.

This surgery is the best around, I honestly can’t recommend them enough

Rude and trying to get money out of patients instead of helping. Always suggesting expensive treatment. I had a second opinion from another surgery and they suggested much cheaper and better treatment. Same thing happened with one of my friends. I suggest always have a second opinion. I will be raising this issue with authorities. Please ask for inquiry and raise your voices against this surgery and specially against DR Sandeep Nagra.

found them rude and they refused to help me at all. Why are these dentists still alowed to practice? Practice being the true word!! Refused to help me and left me very upset. Im in my 70s and just needed dental work!

My son and I are patients here and the lady dentist we are seeing is absolutely perfect! It is very difficult to find a dentist like her to pay attention to all details, check and advise you correctly these days! Thank you!
