The staff at the practice are always so kind and understanding. I am a nervous client and time is always taken to put me at ease during my consultations. They are informative and explain clearly what is happening, making sure I understand the choices available to me. I have been a customer for over 20 years and would highly recommend the practice.

I was in a bad state emotional and mentally I had lost my veneer on my front tooth and it had taken off most of the tooth underneath thought there would be nothing they could do , but was soooooo wrong she made a temporary how I’m not quite sure but it looked fantastic I couldn’t believe it how natural it looked she explained everything and said that it was only temp and I had another 4 appointments every time being told what would be happening and the final results were amazing especially because I didn’t have much tooth left at all to replace it but somehow she did , I really can’t thank them enough I have health problems and they have made sure this is taken into account with my plan have had nearly 3 months with my new tooth and absolutely no problems at all . Thank you to everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and the dentist , will be seeing you soon for my next treatment plan and can honestly say I’m not nervous at all thanks to all be very reassuring, I travel just about over an hour to get here and I wouldn’t go or trust anyone else

I’m about 3/4 of my way through my Invisalign journey with MyDentist Coulsdon and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The attention to detail, the care and the welcome I’ve had in my experience with the team here has been brilliant. Special shout out to the amazing Jo and Mariya who have been phenomenal since day one. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely friendly dental practice. All of the staff are always so kind to myself and my children, my 2 year doesn't stop talking about going to the dentist now. They were amazing at fitting me in for emergency appointments when I had problems following a wisdom tooth extraction. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you to Jo and the team for being unbelievably helpful, kind and caring in my hour of need for my 10 year old daughter. They have restored my faith that there are still good dentists out there having had a terrible .experience with another local practice.

The staff here are extremely nice. Jo at reception is always welcoming. I saw Samita and Katie for my appointment, they were more than lovely and did an exceptional job looking after me and fixing my teeth. I could not recommend them or this dental practice higher.

I had 4 veneers done by Samita I can’t tell you how it’s changed my smile or lifted my confidence. I had four at the very front of my mouth as I had very crooked teeth. Now they are straight and natural looking and gleaming. I have had a wonderful service and would trust her to do anything in my mouth as I’ve got exactly what I wanted, all the staff at the practice ,Katie, Jo and everyone else are warm and welcoming make me feel comfortable and it’s actually a joy to go in there. I have been a member of this practice for some time and recently my 9 year old son had an accident which left him with a broken jaw and cracked teeth. The dentist and dental nurses were fantastic and really put him at ease, which has resulted in him NOT having a fear of dentists. Jo and the Reception staff are also really helpful at booking timely appointments, and have a lovely friendly manner. I would thoroughly recommend.
